The support was timely and in a swift version.
Communication was effective and efficient.
Riaz was able to reassure me and talk me through what I needed to do.
He even waited for me to confirm that the App. is working.

This app is incredibly misleading. While it claims to be international, it only functions properly within the UK. I was abroad on holiday and, trusting the app as usual, used it to make an international call. Unbeknownst to me, the app failed to connect properly, and my network provider ended up charging me £90 for the call!
There was no warning, no error message—nothing to indicate the app wasn’t working. If it can't operate outside the UK, it should clearly state that up front. When I called the customer service, they said you should call your provider! In fact, they didn't care at all. This kind of oversight is unacceptable and could leave users with shockingly high bills.
Bottom line: I will never use this app again, and I strongly do not recommend it to anyone, especially if you travel. It could cost you a fortune.

I had an issue with the balance on my card and the customer service officer (Sanna) dealt with my issue exceptionally well.

Very helpful and understanding staff, no long waiting times, I spoke to a very nice lady called Sanna, I had mistakenly put twice the credit on my account and it had not rolled over, the nice lady correct the account and made sure it was registered on my account as we spoke, both satisfied and we ended the call, no stress and uncomplicated

My experience with the customer service today was super. I spoke with SANNA who responded professionally and sorted my concerns within few minutes. I will definitely recommend White calling card to my family and friends

I was assisted by an agent named sana, professional and very kind, sana has went out her way to help me through the steps of how to de-register my old number from whitecalling app that is in no use and register my new number.

I reviewed the disappointing call drops and their subsequent charges without connection.

Whitecalling reached out to me to look into the matter. I am incredibly grateful for the professional handling of the issue. Credits were reimbursed, and they promised to look into the call drops ASAP. Customer service was absolutely on top of their game and left me a delighted customer. So, I am happy to change my star rating from 2 to 5 stars.

I had issues with buying top up online. Spoke to Sanna who gave great customer service as she explained very nicely the steps to follow in adding the top up. Thank you Sanna for being so helpful.

Excellent service from Riaz, he was so helpful. I emailed with the problem and he contacted me straight away. He couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We had to arrange a call next day for myself and the international call I was having problems with. He called exactly when he said he would, very efficient. I will certainly carry on using the White calling app.

I had made a call to the customer service team for WhiteCalling, about an issue that I was having. Their agent, I believe her name was Catherine, answered the call and honestly I had the best customer service experience ever. Very quick and efficient and was able to resolve my problem over the phone within minutes.

Great calling app. I spoke with Sanna R this morning since I was having a little trouble placing a call. She quickly identified the issue and fixed it with ease. How can credit expire?
I don't make too many international calls but when I come back to the app after a few months, it'd show 0 credit, today I checked their T&C and they say the credit expires after 180 days, this doesn't make any sense. This is such a scam.

I wrote an email regarding the problem on white calling the issue that I had ,straight away I received the response and the issue was resolved.
