Outstanding Service
I have been using this app for about a year to contact my family abroad. I really rate this app in comparison to other services out there. I've never had any difficulties using the app and top up is really easy.
When moving my account from my old number to my new number, Natalia took the time to call me in her own time (at the weekend) to talk me through the process in a friendly and professional manner.
Excellent customer service and all round excellent app. Would definitely recommend.
No complaints at all.

There is never a time that app connects call without saying “we are unable to connect your call at this time…” The best I get is type in the digits over and over and sometimes am lucky. If there is alternative, I’ll not recommend this to anybody. The best is how smart it is to take money when topping up! Not a good system

I purchased a white calling card yesterday. I tried to use it the first time and it said the number is not recognised. I then went to retry the card the next day and it said the card had expired. I hadn't even used it. I bought it because I used it many years ago. But I believe it is a scam company and no longer operating as it used to. Do not buy!!

One of the worst customer service I have ever known.
One of the worst customer service I have ever known. Useless customer service not being able to provide full information when you ask for it and when you got charged because they haven't done the job of an advisor and due to their incompetence clearly established here, they deny all responsibility saying it's a self-tutorial app and will put the responsibility on the customer when we actually reached out to ask the information and they were unable to properly provide it. That is the worse disgusting customer service, so just stay away.

If you dont use it very often, better stay away. This app is eating your money. Supposed to be an alternative to calling abroad sims, but instead is eating and making money with your credit. Disgusting!!!
