Absolutely terrible aftercare !
Do not trust this company.
We had all windows replaced and have had a number of issues which have still not been resolved 2 yrs later. They don’t respond to emails or phone calls. The quality of workmanship is very poor. We would never recommend these cowboys.

We received a number of quotations from different companies. The last quotation from White Eagle was not only the least expensive but the more comprehensive in that it also included the front entrance door and sidelights, which were 'extra' with the other two quotes. Naturally, we were apprehensive at first, but Adam put our minds at rest by keeping us fully informed at all times. The installation team came to survey the job in advance of the windows being manufactured, which was also mind settling.
When the installation date arrived, nothing happened until dust sheets were spread all around the house and certain objects moved for safety. Then the magic happened. Total transformation: old wooden windows ripped out and the excellent Rehau windows and trim fitted to perfection. The team thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and took all the old windows away!
No buyers remorse at this house.

Really easy process. Adam was great in the initial sales discussion, giving a prompt quote and visiting the property personally on multiple occasions. The surveyor provided fantastic advice regarding the placement of our fire escape window, which resulted in a small change to the original plan, without changing the cost. The extra safety advice and professional opinion in that moment was greatly appreciated and one of the best parts of the process, putting our safety first by offering advice when they didn't need to, nor did they gain anything by doing so. A really nice touch. The installation team worked hard, and completed a whole house installation on the interior of the windows in one visit, to allow us to put our furniture back at the earliest opportunity, before returning on the second day to complete the exterior without us needing to take a day off work to give access.
The windows make a MASSIVE difference to the noise coming from outside, the house is so much quieter, and I think they should sell this effect more during the sales pitch, it is by far one of the biggest and best benefits we have noticed. Payment was arranged less than 24 hours after the work had been completed for a smooth and simple end of the process. Very happy.

Excellent service and installation

Adam the salesman, and installation team were polite and professional. Only advice to installation team is to display hazard signs when working adjacent poblic footpath. Quality of product and finish excellent. Only minor issues I had was waiting longer
than expected for installation and
only one key for the meter cupboard
door otherwise would have given 5 stars. (Nigel)

Adam was very helpful and listened to what we wanted with regards to the windows. The workmanship was excellent and the workmen/fitters were very professional and clean and tidy. The windows we got are good value for money. We would highly recommend white eagle windows and doors.

Adam communicated well, made good sugestions for the windows and door and replied to queries very promptly. The installation team were very experienced and sited the windows much better than I have seen other companies do with similar windows to mine. I would highly recommend White Eagle

BEWARE BEWARE. WHY IS THIS FIRM UNDER WHAT APPEARS TO BE A GLOBAL USA LOOKING ADVERT..'WHITE EAGLE doors double glazing !! I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR FIRM THAT DO DOUBLE GLAZING DOORS AND WINDOWS ....19.01.25 LIVE ADVERT SELLING THE WARES. I ASKED A QUESTION .THEN ANOTHER ........the advert had dozens of questions from buyers so i wrote one. But sadly my laptop keeps freezing like todays weather, desperate for some feedback information. I'd said i'd like your Manchester office address please. As they had written to me based in 'all over England' thus meaning a lot of office units etc all over england !. so they had written.

i was Excited at buying but i then asked about the USA connection and photos, white eagle logo ! Please if your intrigued look at the webs site your self its full of USA fragments photos names etc. white eagle. Madsion office USA photos ?

There are a plethora of photos on this webs site i feel ..10 photos of homes in USA. Very clearly American homes and an operative as wearing garments not used in uk ?? but in the american work clothes at a American home ! but this island in the uk do not have house numbers with numbers as high as 7619 on. AS OUR ROADS ARE NOT THIS LONG OR POPULATED TO THE EXTENT TO WARRENT A HOUSE NUMBER AS HIGH as 7619. 1 is a USA operative installing a window. the name suggests a rather large USA BIG FIRM WITH THE ADDRESS IS EVEN USA LEAD. 'Madisons offices' . Again suggesting based in USA? Or is it me. Wondering why all the associations. names photos is with USA ?????????????.. This did not bother me but added to my interest and intrigue nut it does now !!

I researched the firm as they wrote to me on A reem -adverts on other streams & sites.

I wrote and asked were are you based ? a honest fair question!. They wrote Leeds. Manchester and London. As i never heard of them i looked them up . They are from Pudsey and i don't mean the teddy bear.? Yet have a flavour-slant ! of International global markets ie. USA.....across the pond !! .... So i wonder WHY is it all American names photos and even Madison office.
so i looked them up as it said they had been operating for 20 years. .Wikipedia sadly it rejected that, i typed in the name and if it had been trading since 2005 and 2009. Yet off some reason nothing came up. so have they been trading for 20 years So i looked at GOV com. . I'm now puzzled as this was intriguing

SO WHY DID THEY DROP &BLOCK ME AND HAD MY QUESTIONS TAKEN OF THE WEBS SITE ? SO THIS IS WHY I AM GIVING CUSTOMER SERVICE . 1 STAR . ID GIVE THEM 0 STAR IF I COULD. BUT I'D beware beware beware. As some thing is quite not right. why ? ..well why did they DROP & block me and erase my question . What sort Of customer service is this from mr Adam and the team ? Very disappointing indeed. Disgusted attitude. You ask questions and they block and erase your questions etc. with no answers to any thing. i'm now so upset i intend to follow this up. .they have had 24apprx trustpilot reviews in 2024. i have just read them !! all in 2024. if they are such a good firm why so low trustpilot reviews !! after i posted my despair with them ! so something wrong here if they cover all of england and have office all over the uk.and have a slant to american with American photos and names thus giving a BIG link TO The USA !! some thing just does not add up.

Good team! Very fast!

Great team very efficient and hard working. Chris and Matt were great and did a fabulous job . Had French windows and bay window installed and they look lovely . A polite team also . Tidied up after themselves. Would not hesitate to use again 😀

This local company was very professional, effective and offered us a very competitive price for all our windows replacement and also a new door. They also made and fitted a panel under our kitchen windows which looks even better than the original! Everything done and all rubbish cleared in just 3 days (working only half days). It looks so beautiful that all the neighbours now keep coming and asking us for details of this company. Adam was a pleasure to deal with and all the workers were very polite and helpful. Highly recommend!

Adam, who came for the quote, is very clear in his explanations and answers all the questions very accurately.
The team of workers is very polite, pleasant, fast and clean. The work they do is of an amazing quality, the prices are competitive.

Just had White Eagle replace our windows and front door. The team of fitters were polite and informative and stayed after hours to make sure the job was completed as promised. They even popped back the next day for some finishing touches. Good quality, competitive prices, and Adam's personal touch mean you really should think local when considering getting new windows and doors. Would recommend and use again!

Very good installation of Windows and Doors from day one. They did a perfect job for my house they left it nice and clean. The fitting team were nice and friendly they did a great job.

White Eagle has been great to work with from the very first visit from Adam till the final installation. Although there was some hold up it was due to them bending over backwards to try and meet our wishes. I was sceptical at first but none of my fears have come true and we're now over the moon with our new windows and patio doors.
