Jasmin was so helpful, she acted promptly with the fact I needed a quick turnaround (2 days). She went above and beyond to help me virtually view the property and secure it.

Very happy with the service received. Even when there were teething issues once I moved in, Jasmin did her up most to fix them in a timely manner.

Jasmin has been great and wonderfully professional since I came into contact with her during my room search and I'm really grateful. Finally she got a room for me which I really appreciate. Great property, good environment, nice room but the shower 🚿 is my problem, I'm not comfortable with it at all. There is no handle which makes it difficult to use, and since the shower head is at the top, the water often gets in my hair of which I'm not comfortable with it. If there can be possible adjustment, that would be great. Thank you.

Jasmine has been incredibly professional and amazing since I have been in contact with her trying to find a room to rent. She has always been in contact with me even if a room unfortunately went to a tenant. What surprised me the most , was Jasmine informed me that there was a current tenant living in the house at the time but gave their months notice and asked if I would like to view it and put a deposit down. Of course I did within a heart beat when the tenant moved out the property. She has been nothing but amazing and I’m very grateful. Communication has been out of this world. I’m moving in today to one of their properties which I am looking forward to and also meeting my new house mates!

White Horse PC are the best rentals company I've ever used. In the rentals market, it is pretty widely-known that if you report an issue, you might have to wait weeks or months for it to be resolved, and in some cases, it won't be resolved at all. Well not with White Horse. White Horse were always super quick to resolve anything and everything, no matter how big or small it was. Just one example is: over the Christmas period, we had the misfortune of having our washing machine and our (separate) dryer break down. White Horse went above and beyond and out of their way during the Christmas break to order and install a new washing machine and dryer. This is just one example of the incredible service that White Horse provided to us tenants at Kensington Road. The team have always been friendly, respectful, and responsive, and they made my stay at the house extremely warm, welcome, and pleasant. Thank you.

Dean and Kevin have been most helpful to me throughout my stay at white horse property. From the day i made an enquiry about a property till this date always have been just a call away.

On top of that White Horse Properties have excellent facilities in their properties which makes daily life routine for a working professional so much stress free.
