I want to start off by saying WOW! I first heard of Leann Daniel of White Jacobs & Associates through a client of mine that was very happy with her services. The first time I talked to Leann she made such a great impression on me. She {Leann} explained to me exactly how their process worked, and she kept her word 100%. I had quite of few problems on my credit report. Some my fault, others were not. I had an average score from all 3 credit bureaus at a 524. After 4 & 3/4 months I have a credit score of 660 and a good rating. Leann and her team were able to get an important part of my life back to me, and they were always so easy to get on the phone when i had a question.(never went to voicemail once.) This is my I started out with a WOW. To all those at White Jacobs & Associates and the best person I have ever had the privilege working with Leann Daniel, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

White, Jacobs & Assoc. was referred to us by an acquaintance. From the start of our experience, we worked with a young man (Will) who clearly explained what was going to take place & approximately how long it would take to do it. They were honest, upfront & kept us informed of everything that was happening. Just as they said, within 3 months of our start date, they completed the repair, allowing us to finish with our refinance. I was also very impressed with a young lady named Lori who was extremely polite, professional & friendly. When an extra month of a draft was taken out by mistake she immediately took it upon herself to correct this & within 2 days had it back in our account. I would highly recommend White Jacobs & Assoc. to anyone needing a credit repair miracle!

A associate from white jacobs and associates promised me to fix my credit and help me and my family but never deliverd they kept charging me for almost 6 months took over 1k and then never responded to my calls or emails at times finally edger called and said all this takes times I told him it's been almost 6 months I told him why u charging me a document he never told me about over 100 a month he said didn't I tell u everything about this company is a lie they took. My money I had to call the collections and pay them off anybody using this company please don't use them they owner she was a women she would yell over me when I talk to her when she finally called me they will not help u but just charge u money please again stay away from this company

I have been referring my clients to Tyler Fortenberry at White Jacobs and Associates for the past five years . He not only keeps the clients updated on the status, but he also keeps me in the loop so I know how and when I can help them. He always returns my calls and emails. He is always so quick to help even if it for a quick fix. He is great and answering all my questions!! I will continue using Tyler because I know that is reliable and gets the job done!!

I first came across White Jacob and Associates with a simple Google search. I looked into a few other agencies and decided on a consultation through them. My husband and I were wanting to begin our search of a our first home and I knew it was time for me to work on my credit.

I worked with Edgar Durate and expressed to him what my end goal was and he assured me that he can help me out to accomplish my goal. He was very professional, easy going, and attentive explaining everything thoroughly. He answered my many questions and was very responsive. Never did I feel any hesitation or anxiousness throughout my process. I knew he was working and he would keep me in the loop of everything.

In the beginning of my process my score was 500, now my scores are sitting in between a 685 and 734. Did I mention even after I completed the program Ed still continued to work with me on ways to improve my credit?!

What I loved the most about the total process was peace of mind it brings! You can’t put a price on that! To know you have someone you trust helping you towards your end goal. I am so glad we decided to go with White Jacob and Associates! Because of Ed and the team I am happy to say we will be moving into our first home!

Overpromised and under delivered for $1975 and 13 months. Represented themselves to me as an authorized representative of Lifestyles Unlimited Real Estate Investment Group, which is why I chose their firm. Turned out to be a flat lie. They were happy to take my money, did not deliver on any promises and in fact have made excuses. Made additional promises and then stopped communicating. Refuse to provide evidence of any work performed and for all intent and purpose have told me what I can do with myself. Formal action against their company is in process. I would highly recomend you contact me for details before doing business with this fraudulent company. I am happy to share any and all documentation to prevent you from making the same mistake I did.

My husband and I had such a great experience with Derek! I totally would recommend him if you need help with getting your credit score up! We literally saw improvement within the first week! Thank you so much for such a great experience.

I have been dealing with WJ&A for about 6 years. I moved to Texas 10 years ago and ended up doing a short sale on our home in Michigan. If you know anything about short sales it decimates your credit! After a few years of renting a home in TX we decided to purchase a home in TX, but my credit score was in the 400's. I approached WJ&A and after a year working with them my credit score was high enough to purchase a home. This year I ordered a 2020 Corvette and my wife, and I are looking for a 2nd home so I thought what the heck let’s see if we can get WJ&S to improve my credit score even higher to get the best rates on these two additional major purchases. Christine Scallin with WJ&A handled my accounts and as of today all three credit bureau scores show an improvement of 100+! WOW! Christine and her team were always available to answer emails and take my calls. I highly recommend Christine and WJ&A to anyone who is looking to get the best credit score they can!

I was referred to Derek Shaw of White Jacobs & Associates when I began looking to buy a home. The lender pulled my credit, and it was 537, which is far too low to even get preapproved to begin the search. For the most part, people aren’t oblivious to their credit score, but I figured since I started my career and began making more than just minimum wage that my income would far outweigh my poor financial decisions of the past. I was young and poor, and I was just trying to get by, even if it meant destroying my credit in the process. I thought that once I paid off all my debt in collections, that my credit score would instantly improve. I knew little about how credit worked, and even after speaking with family and friends, they all knew what good credit meant and how to get it from the start, but no one could tell me how to properly dig myself out of a hole of bad credit.

After my first consultation with Derek, I immediately felt more of a direction as to what I could do to repair this. At the time, I had over $10K in collections, which would make my stomach turn just thinking about it. Derek encouraged me to let his team at White Jacobs & Associates handle this anxiety-inducing task of sorting out these debts. He boasted that in as little as 6 months my score would jump at least 50 points. I was a bit skeptical because I hadn’t even touched my credit (taken out loans or credit cards) in years, and I was making on-time payments for my student loans and such, but my score didn’t change at all.

The upfront cost of the repair was a bit more than what I was expecting—not that I had any concrete expectations because I had never sought out credit repair before—but it was significantly less than $10K+ in collections, and they were able to work out a monthly payment plan for me. Within just the first two months (out of a total of six), I was already getting notices that debts were being canceled and/or removed from my credit report, and my score began rising. Derek coached me the whole way through the process and was able to answer any and all questions I had related to my credit. He taught me good credit practices and gave me tools to continue improving my credit beyond this repair program. Their team is very upfront about this being a one-and-done sort of deal. They will help you clean up your debts and collections, but ultimately the program teaches you how to be smarter with credit and how to maintain it so that you will never have to go through this repair process again. I just completed the 6-month mark, and my final score came out to 603—a 66-point increase from 537, and it’s still climbing.

I highly recommend letting Derek of White Jacobs & Associates help you too—especially if money, finances, and credit cause you great anxiety. I’m happy with the outcome and have been sleeping a lot better, not having to worry about this! Thank you!

It had been a while since I considered using a credit company for credit repair. A bit of a skeptic and due to the possibility of not receiving desired results, I had many questions and concerns. I worked with Ed Duarte and he was amazing! Unlike the other credit repair options, Ed first asked for all the information before determining if he could help me. He did not make empty promises like the others. He followed up on a regular basis and was very diligent in returning all of my emails and calls. I have used white Jacobs in the past and they did an excellent job a few years ago. Will successfully disputed and was able to get a few different blemishes off of my report, raising my score about 70 points on one of my reports.

I would like to thank Blake Peckham for working hard on my credit. He put forth lots of work to get my scores up in the mid 700’s. I used another company prior to him and I did not get results. I used White, Jacobs & Associates in 2017 and the process was smooth. Derek Shaw is extremely helpful and made it easy from the beginning with answering all of my questions via phone or email. He follows up throughout the process and I can definitely say their hard work pays off! I was given a step by step breakdown on how to also rebuild my credit. I am so happy with the results and always follow Derek's recommendations because it works. Trust the process.
