Great little boutique with beautiful clothing and excellent customer service

Been shopping at the Northwich store since it first opened. Have visited the Nantwich and Sandbach shops on a couple of occasions and regularly order online when I can’t get to store. Lovely clothes at great prices. Have over the years needed to return a couple of things that I’ve not tried on and then they’ve not got how I liked but returns process is really easy and never had any issues. Staff are really friendly. Nicola, Claire and their mum are a great family team and know their stuff when it comes to understanding what their customers want. Highly recommend from an angles.

White Ribbon always sell quality items at great prices. They post out promptly and refund quickly back into your account and will even send items straight from the store to your address. Love, love, love this business! Love the ‘lives’ too giving ideas to put together outfits! Can’t rate them highly enough…

Love the online live videos. Very prompt service with clothes arriving 24 hours later. Refunds dealt with quickly.

Absolutely outstanding! When ordering online the delivery is very quick and I'm always delighted with my purchases. When I go into store the customer service I get is always1st Class. Nothing is too much for the staff who are always prepared to "go the extra mile" to assist. I have recommended WRB to my friends and family who are always thrilled with their latest purchases. The merchandise is of a very good quality and reasonably priced too.

The clothes are fab and so classy. The quality is great and prices that won’t break the bank. During Lockdown, the girls kept us entertained with their daily lives and what a laugh we all had. I wish their shops were closer to me but then again maybe not 🤔Lol I would certainly be a regular visitor and probably divorced for my terrible spending habit as I just can’t resist the New things they show us daily 🤣 Also, if ever I have had a problem, which is very rare, the girls are on to the problem immediately & a speedy response is always the result, with the problem being resolved ASAP! There is great attention to detail in the packaging of your purchase which makes opening for purchase feel like a special treat

I found WRB during the first lockdown, I have purchased quite a lot of clothes and accessories. I can honestly say I have not been disappointed with any purchase, I enjoy watching the live video's on Facebook. Customer service is second to none, they ensure there customers are totally looked after. Will not shop anywhere else for my clothes and accessories, highly recommend them to any woman wanting great clothes and accessories.
