What a lovely lady Lisa is

What a lovely lady Lisa is. I felt right from her organising my uncles service that it was going to be a really nice service. She never met my uncle but as she started the service you would have thought she knew my uncle. I came away at the end knowing I had made a new friend. 100% I would recommend her.

Fabulous Lady who listens

Lisa is a fabulous lady, she listened to what we said, and turned our words into something wonderful for our mum. I have no hesitation in recommending her and I only wish I had known about her for my dad’s funeral. We were sent a draft copy and I asked for something adding and it was no problem and she turned scrambled thoughts into something good. Communication was great, if we emailed she quickly responded. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.

At a time of sadness and pain, Lisa made the whole process of planning for the funeral so pain free. Her ability to make things easy for everyone was amazing. Thanks again Lisa for your help again
