Ordered the pastel step and slide and ballpit for my one year old for Christmas, I knew as soon as I was pregnant I wanted to order one and I can’t tell you how happy I am with it! My daughters little face when I opened the box ( early because we were too excited to wait) was an absolute picture! The quality is spot on and I can not find one single fault! Also very quick on delivery as well! I would 100% recommend this company to anyone!! X

Recently purchased this ball pit for my 8 month old little girl & it is absolutely perfect.

Delivery was super quick with updates.
The colour of the ball pit & balls are stunning, love the pastel shades.
The quality of it all is just 10/10 & I love how the cover can be removed to keep it clean also!
It’s just what we wanted & my daughter Harper loves playing in it!

Ordered the step and slide softplay and also the castle blocks. Not only was delivery quick! My 12 month old absolutely loves them. Plays with them daily. Honestly these would be perfect for a 1st birthday or even christmas. Hours of fun! Highly recommend xx

I did some research into a few soft play companies and decided to choose Whittlebird.. I am so glad I did!
I purchased the luxury ball pit with ‘safari’ colours and the all White Castle blocks set. There was a slight delay in receiving the blocks but I was very kindly updated through the process which was handy!
These were purchased for my little boys first birthday with his birthday money!

Updated review...Like so many of the other reviews I would avoid this company. I placed an order two weeks before my son's birthday and after 13 days I still had no communication from the company as to the status of the order. I was highly stressed that my son's birthday was now ruined. I emailed them on the 13th day and they did not bothered to even email back but rather pushed a royal mail tracking email to me which had no tracking and was basically useless. I was becoming increasingly frustrated at the lack of communication and I then emailed them again as to what the status was. Someone finally decided to reply, no apology, just completely rude. I was then told it would not arrive until November 1st, having ordered it on the 12th of October, this was longer than their stated delivery policy of 10-14 days. Without any warning, at midday on my son's birthday, this parcel arrives at the door in a black bag! It was one of the most stressful experiences I've had buying online but it didn't have to be if I had been kept up to date and if there had been a satisfactory level of customer service. Order from a reputable company and avoid Whittlebirduk.

Purchased the mini bundle with ball pit and step and slide. Absolutely love it! It was really fast delivery, some came before other bits but was still fast enough! It looks amazing and I would definitely recommend this company. Quick responses, nothing bad to say.

So pleased with the quality of the step and slide we received. Delivery was within 1 week and packaged well. I didnt receive an email to let me know it had been dispatched but was happy to receive so quickly. Would 100% recommend this business fantastic quality and great experience.

*update* Since this review Whittlebird have been in touch, apologised and have now sent a replacement ball pit.

I purchased a ball pit for my son in May, was really pleased with it. I had spent some time researching and decided to go with Whittlebird despite the higher price. Around august time I noticed the ball pit was really mishapen with bottom section significantly concave. I contacted Whittlebird and after sending pictures they told me there must be a fault and they would send me a new one. 6 weeks later and 5 emails later chasing I have had zero response.
I normally would not leave bad reviews but given their price point and really poor customer service felt I should warn others. There will always be a rouge product that’s faulty so that’s not my issue - these things happen. Good customer service costs nothing and this company fall way short.

I suspect I’ve now spent £70 on a ball pit that had a life span of 2-3 months.

Very happy with the quality and customer services. I wanted to ordered the steps, slide and ballpit, for my daughters first birthday. I contacted the company on Instagram to ask for pastel balls for the ballpit which weren’t available online. They were very helpful and able to do this for me quickly and send out on next day delivery!

Amazing service

My son LOVES his soft play. Good quality and easy to move around the house when the parts are separate which is fab as our playroom is on the 3rd floor. Very happy with the purchase he will use it for years to come.

The quality of the soft play is so high, for a small business they try their best to give you the best deal, always talk to them about what you would like. I had a small problem with the delivery which was not their fault and it was sorted straight away and fixed in time for my little girls birthday.

I would highly recommend Whittlebird. Their communication and speed in responding to any questions I have had has been second to none. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for them.
Delivery for both my purchases has been quick and I was well informed of time slots so I could make sure I was home.
The quality is brilliant and when I searched around, they were the best price.
I love the fact it is a small business and the service is personable which you don't always get from large companies.
I'll definitely be back to buy more.
