R.I.P Domaintools.com

Some some ago, Domaintools was a great service. It was a La Carte services, withouth monthly fee.
Now, just $99/month. But never mind. Last 4-5 year I have paid about $400-$500 for varois services without any time.

But now, they don't want more money. I tired to buy a Full domain report ($49), without any success. I tired with my good PayPal account, and with a credit card directly. No success...

The worst: I told this to support two times, without any answer...
