Support are ignorant, try their support they will push you a bunch of upsell costing over thousands.
Feedback here are hired and bought with no information whatsoever the company is about. Check their review history, the users who left positive feedback here, also left feedback on a specific company, allheartweb. They are probably linked company. Beware of fake feedback.
