i bought a OEM key for windows 11, the key wasn't working. i contacted the customer service, they said that the key is for windows 11 pro not home. i asked them for refund as the key still inactivated. they reply by we sell the key first and in 2-3 days come back for refund. i will come back to let you know if there is anyt update.

Windows 11 key didn't work upon purchase. After contacting support they were able to get me a new key about 10 minutes later. Would give them 5 stars but the key should have worked the first time.

Sold me a key that was already used, customer service went silent after I told them I was on the phone to Microsoft and they said the key was already used. No offer of a refund or alternative key. Scam artists who pay YouTubers to promote their scam website. Avoid at all costs.

Bought a key from here as my original Windows 10 was deactivated due to upgrading my motherboard and CPU.
Did a lot of research on the site and also why these keys are so cheap.

The key was 100% genuine and I checked it on Microsoft PID checker and via Command Prompt using the strings:
slmgr.vbs /dli
slmgr /xpr
slmgr.vbs /dlv

All came back stating the code was 100% genuine and permanently activated.

I will say that the site does seem to hide the links to windows OS sales however which put me off at first but was happy to see they accepted PayPal.

The overall payment was painless and the key was delivered within seconds of payment confirmation.
Paypal seems to be the quickest payment method.

Useless customer service. Don't even bother using the chat. I didn't get a response to my question. I was charged on my account but their status is the order was unpaid. Don't scammed into just paying again!

Used 2 windows 10 pro keys from here after kinguin failed me too many times. Both working great. For second accidentally got a home key, messaged support, got very fast reply and got on right track. So far so good! Will definitely use again if I need a windows license.

After they've scammed me I have contacted digital crime division unit and it turns out that investigation is being carried in case against certain people.

The shop most likely will disappear within weeks/months after they will make the arrests.

I know that Microsoft is also supporting the law enforcement so I guess that they won't be able to have enough of cash to even think about buying a t-shirt as penalties and fines will go into millions.

i bought steam gift card that worth 100$, waited 1 day i didnt recieve it , when i tried to re-login to my account i found out that my password not working i dont know why and when i try to reset it , i dont recieve any message on my email so i contacted support to check my order , they gave me list of question that are irrelevant to the order they wanted full details about me , this website is not trusted i do not recommand it , thank you

I received a confirmation email of successiful payment FROM BOTH sites (whokeys.com and scdkey.com).
After DAYS of discussions with both support, they in the end tell me that they never received the money!
End of the story: they stole me my money and I had to buy windows key from another site.

DON'T TRUST THIS SITE. I'm gonna meet my lawyer as soon as this thing with Corona virus let me go to the office. SCAMMERS, I will let the police get you.

I bought a game from them that included a dlc. When I redeemed the code on steam the dlc was not there despite having asked several times in their chat if it was included and I had been confirmed of its presence. I contacted them later to have the dlc or at least a partial refund but not accepted. They offered me two discount codes as a refund that are easily found online.
Unserious Service, I don't recommend to buy on their site.
