Appalling customer service and a total breach of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. I placed an expensive salt order (Invoice #208911) which was never safely delivered to my property. The courier simply dumped the package exposed in full public view on a doorstep, where it was immediately stolen.Despite my clear explanation, customer service staff have aggressively closed my support tickets, refused a replacement or refund, and lazily told me to waste police time over their own delivery failure.Under Section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act, the legal risk remains entirely with the retailer until the goods are in the physical possession of the consumer. A doorstep photo is not a completed delivery. I am giving senior management one final opportunity to review this case and issue a full refund immediately before I escalate this case to Citizens Advice Trading Standards and initiate a formal Chargeback dispute with my bank. Do not buy from this company.

Continually impressed with Whole Food Earth. Their prices and ranges on offer are really amazing. The overall quality and taste of products , as well as the longevity of expiry dates are all very impressive. I highly recommend WFE to all that are looking for a more than decent whole food supplier ! Really beyond excellent . Deliveries are rapid and excellently packed .

All good , well packed . I wasn’t actually at home when they arrived I was away for the weekend but apparently if they’re unopened it didn’t matter if they weren’t in the fridge .

Great products and good service overall. Just a shame they use Amazon delivery services - I hadn't realised this when I ordered and I usually don't use any services or companies associated with Amazon as an ethical choice.

Brilliant packaging,perfect speedy delivery

Marked down slightly because it took over a day before the parcel was delivered to Amazon and the packaging wasn't as comprehensive as it normally is.. Staff shortage perhaps or extremely busy, something along those lines I'm guessing.
