These guys are the best family run company you'll ever come across. They treat you w/respect, always answer emails quickly, delivery is well before the date stated and their prices are, by far, the best around, you get loads for your money as well. They really do go the 'extra mile'.

Purchased one of their products, which wasn't too my taste. And was told to try another brand, without the possibility of returning the item in the first place.

I am impressed by the quick delivery and free shipping when ordering over £30, with special offers too. I buy 5kg of rye grain for our grain mill, and buckwheat, spelt etc. A good way to try out new things in smaller quantities and very convenient!

You can find all types of flour which normally you cannot get them from the shops. They are doing a great job. Rare herbs, seeds in any form either tincture or powder. One of the cheapest and best quality.

LOVE WHOLEFOODS. The salad bar is so tasty and the selection from the deli is incredible.

Highly recommended. Ordered on 21/12 late afternoon and its here the very next morning and so close to the christmas period and I didn't even order next day delivery. This is my second order from theese guys and all the herbs berries etc have been excellent quality. I have been experimenting with turning some of there herbs into teas for my ongoing insomnia. Have been sleeping like a baby last few nights. Will now be my go to company, well done wholefoodsonline

A very good company - they deliver what they promise, and some of their organic items are very good value for money. Customer service is excellent, HOWEVER they seem to favour using Parcelforce, and that is a really low point, since Parcelforce are utterly unreliable (see my previous review). I have been waiting and waiting for my original order which Parcelforce failed to deliver, even ignoring Wholefoodonline repeated requests to re-arrange delivery on my behalf. Eventually, after two weeks waiting for the original order, which will now be sent back to the company (hopefully), Wholefoods have kindly sent out the same order again (this time, upon my request to AVOID using Parcelforce again, they used DPD) and it was delivered in 24 hours. Happy customer of Wholefoods, VERY unhappy about Parcelforce.
Will order again, but only if I am re-assured that they WILL NOT USE Parcelforce.

Their delivery is punctual as they say. Item is well packeted and secure. Will stop there anytime
