We have been ordering knives from various places now for some 20 years. We buy and resale. We were very exited when we came across this website; however, it has been a living nightmare. It started off somewhat decent...but then turned into such a mess! The OTF's, so many of them don't work properly, are defective, and the others we would rate as just 'subpar'. The switchblades, the LOCKS do not work on them and they fly out on you unexpectedly. Very dangerous! Even cut my self on several occasions. Some the screws also come out after it is flipped open a few times, making the knife unusable. The butterfly knives, you can also tell are also '2nds' because the majority of them are extremely stiff, and and so tight, you can't even swing them! Even after using torque screwdrivers and oil...they are still extremely stiff and will not swing back and forth. Every single order has been so time consuming!!! The regular knives, we have also had to spend hours adjusting, trying to get them to work properly. Why has it been a nightmare? Because it has become almost like a full time job trying to get the knives to work properly, get the proper credits, and try to ship back most of the defective items. Also, not once, NOT ONE TIME, have they ever posted one of our honest negative reviews. Only, if they happen to send out a good knife, will they then post the review. Through the last year we have also noticed that they have a few ginny pig knives they don't actually have in stock that they might put a negative review on to make you think the reviews are valid. Still to date, not one negative review of ours has ever been posted, even though we have been extremely patient, honest, and trying to work with them. Take Note: they require you to go through each and every single item IMMEDIATLY upon receiving, and then, you must provide pictures, videos, detailed descriptions of what exactly happening, pics also of the shipping box itself, and more...this way, they make it practically impossible for you to return items unless you have unlimited free time on your hands. Mr. Jay, or one of the other guys from India sound very helpful and nice...but then, it gets so complicated and time consuming! We think they must also use AI because they give amazing responses to whatever you ask or say...so in the long run, the burden ultimately remains on you. They really should have on their website "Factory Seconds" because so many of their swords and knives are defective and even broken. Don't waste your time! I actually liked talking to Mr. Jay, but sadly, the same stuff just kept happening over and over and over, with no changes. Conclusion: Buy local where you can actually see the item, feel it, and test it. So important in this day and age! It will be worth far more in the long run and will last. Stay away from cheap imitations, factory seconds, knockoffs, inferior look alikes, and counterfeits…they will only come back to bite you. We hope this helps many people out there looking to get a decent deal.

Inefficient on processing the order

Any issue is willingly handled
I got my first order, the gun's case was broken perhaps due to transportation, and it was almost split in a half and broke out but the gun is okay. Jay, the sale representative, gave me a store credit for my next purchase.
This time I got another issue on my second order, the paint on gun's barrel was partly scratched off with unknown reason, Jay quickly worked it out and promised for a replacement as soon as he receives my return; I don't think his company intends to sell defective items but I could be unlucky enough to get a perfect merchandise. However, I'll update another review soon in a near future.
