Wholesale Kitchens Reviews 

Our kitchen looked great when first installed, and Wholesale Kitchens were a pleasure to deal with throughout, but sadly the beautiful gloss laminate coverings are now peeling off. This progressive problem currently affects around 50% of the wall units, drawers, and some side panels. Having discussed the issue with several kitchen installers, the issue is due to defective materials. We have had to replace two full-length cabinet doors as all attempts to refix the laminate failed. This is disappointing, especially as we have not been able to connect with Wholesale Kitchens to discuss options to remediate the problem. It would be appreciated if someone from the Wholesale Kitchens customer service team would respond to this message.

Unfortunately due for a new kitchen too soon.
Very disappointed with colour fading from white to yellow on the side panels which is causing a noticeable variance to the doors.

I’ve seen some of the reviews, all the start not tears down the track which is more important to note.
It will be interesting to see how they handle their after sales care.

I would rather a 30 year old kitchen which just look like a dated design, not a less than 10 year old kitchen which looks like the materials were poor quality.

At November 2016 we are decide remove old kitchen and get new one use Wholesale Kitchen company.
From the beginning it is looks great without any suspicious things.
Firstly came designer and introduce everything include high quality materials for kitchen. She introduce waterproof samples to us and we were very impress of it. Also she said if we are got a problem with leaking water from anyway , it not affected kitchen.
During installation was not any problem, because all materials of kitchen covered by laminating seals and invisible.
Last year we are saw some swelling and pilling off laminate on kitchen table and try contacted with staff of Wholesale Kitchen, because it was still under warranty. We sent to them photos of damages and........
They not came!!! Instead of excuse we are got stupid explanation " There is not covered warranty because of water damage".
How????? We are cleaning floor using minimum water with microfibre mop and robot cleaner!!!
Never got problem with water leaking!!!
I take off kickboard and .......kickboard was made from cardboard!!! Is it Australian standard???
They not came for made expertise this case, and now not contactable!!!
Cost of kitchen $20000.00
Where is warranty????? Money is gone because of very poor quality of product!!!
Of course we are getting angry, and prepare case to the court for full compensation.

This letter for aware all customers. You should not trust
this company!!! They are CHEATERS.

Wholesale kitchens review

We purchased a kitchen, the online portal is great, we did our bit and paid for everything on time.
We agreed to a delivery date, and on the day we were still demolishing kitchen. We had to unload the truck because the delivery people were useless. One just stood on truck, watching us unload it all. We were trying to get it all into garage safely stored, and in the middle of everything else, so trusting it was all there.
Fast forward a few weeks, after easter and comm games, a family weekend away, trying to organise all our trades and we finally get around to start building our flat packs. Which is when we discover that we are missing a vital base cabinet!
Immediately rung the customer service, but whoever I needed to speak to had gone home, they would call back.
Next day I have to call back , leave another message which isn't returned.
Finally I get a call back and am told I've left it too long to report a missing item, and that they believe I have damaged the cabinet and it's my own fault. When I asked to speak to someone higher I was told, "they will all tell you the same thing" and I'm expected to fork out an extra $620 for their mistake?
I contacted them through Facebook , and finally had some action through the portal, which was short lived. Basically all I'm told is that the cabinet was delivered, it's not in the warehouse. But it's definitely not in my house!
I was asked to send through every photo of the unpacked boxes that are still sitting in my garage, which I have done!
Still deny they have my missing cabinet!
I'm actually kicking myself that I went with this company that promised so much when I would have been better off going through Bunnings. The quality is crap, I'm dealing with chipped cabinets, ugly screws, with white capping that just pops out, doors that won't sit flush! And still am missing a cabinet that they refuse to admit to!
This is so unacceptable, I cannot believe that I invested over $6000k on a kitchen when I'm still missing a vital peice? I hope you feel proud of yourself for ripping off an honest family.
I may never get my cabinet but you can bet I will spread the word on what a shonky company you really are!

Totally happy with my new kitchen. Everyone involved were a delight to deal with. Everything went according to plan.....in, out and it was done.

I have found that Wholesale Kitchens was a great experience. They contacted me every step of the way, from the quote go instillation. The quality of the cupboards and benchtops, I can not fault. The installer was friendly and mavellous and also gave ideas along the way which were quite helpful. Would recommend this firm to anyone.

Wholesales did a good job and delivered on time. They did miss sending one draw so the installer had at return but they arranged this well. I was happy with their web site and they kept me informed in the design process.

I love my new kitchen and laundry and they look amazing.
I love the soft close drawers and doors and all the extra space I have. The laundry also looks neat with the washing machine and dryer cords and water pipes hidden.
The organisation of the installation and other services was fairly smooth and glad that I did not organise myself.

Everything was organized by our installer which made everything so much easier for us.
