Did not receive all of my order. They gave me a prompt refund before I even got my order but did not let me know what items would not be sent. Therefore, I did not have time to reorder items needed in time for the party. Otherwise, every thing was great!

I got the personalized banner and tickets and they were great quality and size. DHL shopping was pretty slow but the product was great

Love the store. Love the items. My shipment came and was missing 8 cups that I had order. I have reached out 3 times to your company and still have not heard back. It's almost been 2 weeks. I asked for a refund for the cups or to have the missing items shipped to me. Still waiting to here

I received my items one day earlier than estimated which was great. However the communication with the company is lacking. I never received any information that my party supplies had shipped. I signed into my account to see if there was an update the status was still “pending” over a week after the order date. I emailed the company to ask if I could expect my items in time for the event, and I received no response. This made me nervous so I ordered additional “just in case” items from Amazon. The party supplies are as expected and what I wanted I just wish I could have been more confident in my order. Going forward I may order from the company again, I will just make sure to order well ahead of time so I can guarantee I will have the party supplies I want on time.

I paid and was charged for 32 cups in my order. I only received 28, got no information about the missing 4 and got no refund

Randomly found this website while looking for party supplies for my mom's birthday. Placed my order, which was a great value! ... then UPS happened. They ended up just shipping my order back due to some bogus reason (which I do understand, as I also work in the package delivery business). So I contacted this company and wow.. honestly was pleasantly surprised how amazing the customer service agent handled my call and issue. Within just a few days they were able to re-ship my entire order, they even called me back to give me updates! They also must have worked some type of magic with UPS because they delivered to me in almost perfect condition! Love the products I received, love how the company handles their business and customers, and love the website. 👍👍

I ordered the 24 count of lollipops. When the box came in. The lilipops expired in 2019. Disappointed
