I've checked your account and you had full access to our service during the course of your membership and never once contacted us to signify you would like to cancel or had an issue. All our subscriptions are managed automatically and we provide our members full access to the wholesale information within our site until they cancel. As soon as you cancelled we disabled your access and stopped billing you. Please get in touch if we can explain or help further.
Avoid
Avoid, avoid avoid. They advertise wholesale lots but you try and buy these and they are out of stock. I tried to buy a few items. Paid one month subscription to look at some photos of items. Dont touch with the proverbial bargepole

Complete scam
Complete scam. 90% of the suppliers in their list do not exist anymore. They advertise items that do not exist either. Posting pictures with a price tag on it even though the item isn't for sale anywhere for that price. Customer service is useless. They literally charge you £27 for looking at pictures of stock you cannot buy.

I've been a member of this site for a few months now and I have to say that I would recommend them to anyone. I needed some additional suppliers for my mobile catering business and with the help of Steven (who has been excellent), I've found a couple of suppliers that I'm sure I will deal with for years to come.
