I have used Wholesale Suite for years now and have been pleased with it. Yesterday, I had an issue (which turned out to be my fault) so I contacted support.
And, not in a week or days, but shortly after I sent in my question, I received an answer and solution from Tanvir Hasan.
When operating a business, these kind of actions are unexpected, helpful, and beneficial as they keep our operations moving without having to come up with workarounds.
We’ve been using the WooCommerce Wholesale Prices plugin for a couple of months and it has been very helpful to our business as we sell to both businesses and individuals. This plugin allows us to easily assign users into different roles and then adjust prices on our product to match the role. My “gold dealers” see 30% markdown when they login, while “silver dealers” see 25% markdown. Regular visitors see the full price. It’s very easy to adjust as an admin and we can even hide certain products in the main website that only dealers can see when they login. Very useful plugin and I highly recommend it. Even better is the support! I sent them a question about a feature I wanted and wondered if I needed a different plugin but Tanvir explained to me how I could accomplish what I needed to do with this plugin. Amazing support and great company! I don’t normally write these reviews but I’m very happy and I figured this may help someone. Thank you Tanvir and the team at Wholesale Suite!

Pricing was being mirrored they took care of the problem.
Cannot cancel my subscription, they tried charging my card without a single renewal notification. When I try to access my account to cancel my subscription I get logged out and can never cancel it. Thankfully Revolut blocked the transaction.
EDIT: Since I can't reply, I'll just edit my review. I checked my spam folder, not a single notification. I don't write bad reviews lightly, but this has upset me a great deal, as I never received a single notification, and I was not able to cancel my subscription via my mobile device due to constantly being logged out when I tried to view my order, and was able to do so only on my laptop. In the meantime the charge on my card was attempted a couple of times again. I changed my rating from 1 to 3 as I feel it's not fair to call you a scam company (I've edited that out as well), but the experience with the subscription was not good, and cancelling subscription was done in 5-6 steps as I was presented with cross sells and "Are you sure" more than once, and it felt like someone really did not want me to cancel by any means. And, if I remember, and correct me if I am in the wrong here, but when the license expires, the plugin stops working, so it's not just the updates that stop, you can't use it anymore.

I still can't find a support ticket from you Andrew. We can't look you up by first name so would be great if you can write in and I'll get to the bottom of this. I suspect maybe your email had a typo. It's rare, but it happens from time to time and would explain why you didn't get the email. Once I have isolated your account I can also stop the charge attempts. It's an automated system, so without the info my hands are tied as well.
