Bought a trampoline and then read the terrible reviews. After many sleepless nights it was my granddaughters birthday What a relief the trampoline is great thank you

COMPLETE AND UTTER JOKE OF A COMPANY
What a joke! AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST. Dealing with this company is just like throwing your hard earned money down the drain. AVOID AVOID AVOID Shoddy crap products that are not fit for purpose and then try to get your money back!!! Not a cat in hells' chance because they are cheats and thieves. AVOID AVOID AVOID. If this was a small shop would have gone bust a long time ago, really don't know how or why they keep going as they should not be in business. AVOID AVOID AVOID. No phone number to get in touch!!! Just an email address which they hide behind and fail to answer AVOID AVOID AVOID Ordered a chair via Livingsocial (GROUPON). Only half of it arrived, I returned it via Hermes as instructed. Kept checking Hermes but the half chair was still at the depot 3 weeks after being returned. I contacted Hermes who told me that it's up to WNS to collect the parcel from their depot which is why they keep stating that they have not received it back. Livingsocial are not much help either, fobbing me off all the time until threatened with being taken down the legal route. Made out to be a liar and as if I didn't know what I was talking about! Whoneedsshops are a totally UNTRUSTWORTHY company and the sooner they go to the wall...the better.
QUICK TO TAKE MONEY BUT NO AFTER SALES SERVICE
Ordered a PicNic table from Who Needs Shops (WNS) on 18th July via Wowcher ( didn't know this when I ordered!) . It was damaged when delivered and that's when Wowcher told me that WNS were involved . To be fair to Wowcher they did try repeatedly to resolve issue and eventually WNS advised on RMA process. Goods were returned on 4th August per instructions but to date (4th September) there has beenno response from Wowcher or WNS and no refund or replacement . NEVER AGAIN TO BE USED
Bought a 4.5 red trampoline through…
Bought a 4.5 red trampoline through Wowcher, well what can i say it an absolute death trap! I wouldn’t pay 5p for this item never mind £170 that your selling it at. I will be contacting wowcher for a full refund. This was a present for my sons 5th birthday so we built it the night before not only does it look like its been erected before hand it was covered in white paint utterly mortified!
Never again!
Ordered goods through Livingsocial , unfortunately they were unsuitable so I returned them end of June and I checked on the courier website which confirmed that the goods had been received two days later.......that's when the fun started !!
No replies to emails , I had to chase them down through Livingsocial (who weren't very responsive but have finally offered me a credit refund) until finally I get an email today (only took 10 weeks)
They responded with a template email stating that they hadn't received the goods
Apparently 'Should you require any further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our customer services department.' ... yeah right and wait another 10 weeks
I would not deal with this company again even if my children's lives were at stake... unreliable . unprofessional , but probably very useful on a cattle drive !
We ordered two fans for our office
We ordered two fans for our office, both were faulty and very poor quality so we returned the next day, it is now nearly 7 weeks and I am still trying to get a refund or even a reply from them. They have had the fans back within days so I would certainly not recommend anyone to buy anything off this site at the moment. Complete nightmare and very time consuming - beware
Extremely poor customer service and…
Extremely poor customer service and product. The product they supplied was a garden chair swing which had parts missing from it. They would not reply to any of the emails i sent, so tried going through Wowcher as they were in effect the middle man. However, even they weren't much use in the end. Thankfully i paid through Paypal and they were brilliant as i had all the returns proof etc, so luckily they settled in my favour. This has all been going on since the beginning of June, if hadn't been for Paypal i would still be out of pocket and trying to get my money back. Stay clear.
Poor customer service and product
Had a gas patio heater delivered 3 weeks ago box damaged inside the box 3 parts badly damaged emailed photos no reply wowcher tried 2 times but no reply either never use this company

have just received 2kw patio heater in a badly packed box.
The item does not work and apart from email there is no way of contacting them.
From reading the review from other person I don't hold out much hope of getting either my money back or a replacement item.
Will try to keep you informed
Flimsy camping table.
We bought a camping table from this supplier via 'Living Social' Deals who are usually reasonable. The table was advertised at £73 but available for £17 plus postage. With a 14 day refund statement.
I have tried to return it but they do not reply to emails.
Basically, until I get it sorted I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
Even Living Social have tried and failed to get a response.
The table is flimsy and will not last more that a couple of uses.
The RRP of £73 is clearly a marketing tactic as it is not worth a fiver unless you class it as disposable.
