What can I say about this small business in a picturess setting sourounded by nature and wildlife...

This little gem is designed to be within the wildlife, but with a high luxury pod and stay. I've lost count of how many times we have escaped here due to our busy life's.

We come here after a concert to celebrate a birthday, banners balloons and the famous lemon cake made our stay extra special.

Beautiful setting, amazing quality, value for money. A gem in the country!

Me and my partner stayed two nights this weekend and what a fabulously beautiful place. Everything from the scenery to the little extras in the pod (milk, orange juice, cake etc). Even potted plants on the porch. Simply stunning! We will definitely be back in the near future.

What a little hidden gem.
We stayed in Foss pod and it was just lovely. Arrived to home made cake and a bubbling hot tub ready to get in.
We stayed as a family for 2 nights with 2 children aged 6 and 8. The site is really lovely, close to the main road which you can hear but means everywhere is quite accessible, and still felt tucked away. Love that there were only 3 pods on the site so it was lovely and quiet and as each pod was thoughtfully made private through trees bushes and screening it meant you didn’t have to see anyone. Other than the abundance of little rabbits running about the farm which was really lovely to see. Upon check out we bumped into Chris who was lovely and friendly and asked how our stay had been. I can’t think of anything bad to say at all. It was all positive and will recommend to others. We will definitely be back to visit. Thank you for a lovely stay

Chris & Ali were great hosts. The glamping pod (named Aiden) was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need including a very comfy bed and excellent en-suite and the hot tub was the icing on a very fine cake ( so to speak). I would recommend Whorlton Pods to anyone seeking a break in this neck of the woods.

We stayed at whorlton pods over the Easter holidays for 2 nights in the Foss pod, the pod itself was brilliant, immaculate and surprisingly with 2 adults 2 kids was plenty of room, the hot tub was a massive hit with the kids and the cake and drinks left for us was a very nice touch, fire pit and wood provided was also a nice touch, plenty to do around the area but even you just want to have a couple of days doing nothing this would also be the perfect place to relax and have a few days off, will definitely be going back at some point in the near future

I recently stayed at this beautiful glamping site and thoroughly enjoyed my time there.
From start to finish everything was so easy. The owners were always on hand if you needed anything. You were given a very informative app to use before your stay and entry to the site and pod was so easy. We loved the personal touches on arrival.
The pod had everything that you would need for your stay, fabulous hot tub, outdoor seating area and fire pit. We enjoyed taking a walk around the lake and loved watching all the wildlife. I would highly recommend to family and friends and cannot wait to return soon, well done Ali and Chris x

We had a wonderful weekend- a really escape from it all. It’s a beautiful pod and a great hottub with well maintained outside space.thanks so much.

The pods are great so warm and cosy everything about the place is great the hot tub is next to you and warm for arrival you get fire wood for a fire and its not far from a lot of good places to eat.
Also you get a lemon drizzle cake which goes down a treat

Whorlton pods isn’t one of the best places we’ve stayed,it’s THE best place we’ve stayed. You literally can get up and go there’s everything you need there and even a really helpful webpage / print outs to help you if you get stuck we where blown away at our first stay at how convenient it really was each pod is so separate from the rest and really private you have ample space for what you might need while glamping and it goes without saying,gorgeous views, upon arrival we where greeted with a little note welcoming us back as this was our second stay and that was joined with a complementary lemon cake we really enjoy sitting on a morning with a cuppa (& lemon cake of course) looking out at the view in the cozy pod then maybe popping out for a walk (lots of recommendations in the info packet) getting back and having some lunch before jumping in the hottub and relaxing of an evening we love to cozy up and watch a film on the tv while having some hot chocolate and biscuits before getting into bed for the best nights sleep ever ready to do it alll again the next day. Honestly cannot fault this gorgeous family run business they’ve hit the nail on the head in every way. We can’t wait to be back I can’t recommend Whorlton pods enough if I tired so much so my sister and boyfriend have now booked.

Absolutely amazing, exceeded expectations! It was so clean and tidy, cosy and warm, beautifully decorated! The little welcome gifts was so kind and really makes you feel welcome, the cooking and bathing facilities were immaculate and efficient. The bed was the softest one ever and the pillows! Honestly never wanted to leave. The hot tub was amazing as well, you get some lights and candles. There's a tiki torch all sorts! We are absolutely coming back asap! Thank you chris and ali! 🖤

We stayed for 2 nights in the topping pod, the pods were clean and tidy, we were given some home made cake upon arrival which was lovely, only things I would say could be better would be the lighting was a bit too dark around the hot tub a few more lights would make it alot better whilst using the bbq, even though the pods sleep up to 4 we had to pay extra for bedding for the sofa bed . Perfectly situated for country walks and good variety of pubs and places to eat, will be returning again

The pods were spotless inside and out and well equipped with everything you need. Great location, very quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfy. Very friendly family / owners and happy to assist with anything you need. Will definitely be back very soon

Booked for my partners birthday, the pods are immaculate and it is obvious from booking to the stay that it is a family run business who takes great pride in the business they are offering! I loved that after I booked I received a guide book that had places to eat, takeaways, walks to go on around the area, closes shops etc. this really helped to organise an itinerary for the weekend! We went on a 9.5mile hike around the area and up to lord stones cafe, the views where beautiful 🤍 I genuinely do not have a bad word to say about Whorlton pods, would 100% return and have already recommended to so many friends and family!!

Lovely 3 nights spent here. Pods are spotless and lots of little extra touches which made it extra special. Hot tub lovely and lots to do around and about. Owners Chris and Ali were really nice and very accommodating.

My husband, myself and our 9 year old recently stayed at Whorlton Pods for 2 nights. We all loved the pod and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the hot tub and roasting marshmallows on the fire. The pod was beautifully decorated. It was nice being so close to nature and in the beautiful countryside. We enjoyed a lovely walk along the Cleveland Way. We were welcomed with a note from Chris and Ali with a delicious lemon drizzle. Chris came and said hello and gave us some helpful local information. We will absolutely be visiting again.

Amazing stay at Whorlton pods! The attention to detail by Chris and Ali is exceptional. We stayed for 4 nights with our 2 little ones and had the best time making memories. The pod is ideally located, in beautiful surroundings and not too far from a number of places to visit. The pods themselves were super clean and private (felt like we had the place to ourselves). We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a brilliant stay.

I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough! Wonderful setting, the pod was really clean, as was the outside. The hot tub was great, and it’s a smashing spot for walking to nearby pubs too.
Chris came to see us and was really friendly and helpful. We’ll be back again, hopefully over the winter when it’ll be great to get all wrapped up and snug in the pod.
