Chris and Ali put so much effort into the pods, and the little touches made it so special. Cannot thank them both enough for such a lovely experience.

The pod is in a beautiful setting right on the national park, with local villages not too far away.

I want to keep this place my little secret, but also want other people to share it too. We will most definitely be back.

Just returned from a weekend stay at Whorlton Pods. What a beautiful setting! Lovely and cosy pod, and added welcome bonus was the delicious lemon drizzle cake. The hot tub was the main attraction and didn’t disappoint. Our host was very helpful and checked daily to see if everything was ok. They have thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

We stayed here for 2 nights, when we got their we was so surprised. It was a cozy pod with all the essentials, they had even left us a lemon drizzle cake to have with a cup of tea on arrival (what a treat). Over the few days we went for a walk to the local village and went to a few of the lovely cafes and pubs. On the evenings we used are hottub what was very blocked off and private from the other pod. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to any couple wanting a private and quiet stay. Chris and Ali was so welcoming and helped us find places that we could go see during are stay.

All I can say is amazing start to finish!

The pods were absolutely beautiful, we were greeted with some cake which was delicious on arrival, Chris and Ali were so kind and easy to talk to throughout our stay, the location is amazing great for stargazing at night and the hot tub was just perfect to relax and have a few drinks in! We will definitely be back in the future :)

Lovely location, really helpful guests and exactly what we needed! Would highly recommend, and hoping to go back soon!

What an incredible stay. We stayed in Foss and it was absolutely immaculate. Such a relaxing weekend in such a gorgeous place. I can’t describe how amazing the pods are. Ali and Chris were incredibly welcoming and nothing was too much for them. Fresh orange and milk on arrival along with a delicious lemon drizzle cake.
A genuinely lovely family run business. By far the best staycation we have had and we will definitely be going back. Absolutely faultless.

We have just returned from a weekend away at Whorlton Pods, having stayed in the “Topping” pod.
The entire experience was fabulous! The area is stunning and extremely picturesque with lots to explore nearby.
Upon arriving in the pod, it was very clean and tidy, it gave an immaculate first impression (bed also super comfy!)
The hot tub also very clean — lovely to enjoy on an evening after a walk/bike ride!
We loved the personal touches, Ali had left a lovely personalised postcard with a home baked lemon drizzle cake (which was absolutely delicious!).
Chris introduced himself when we arrived to ensure everything was ok and if we needed anything. He was very helpful, as we didn’t know the area we wanted to find some biking/walking routes to explore, Chris helped with this straight away and even emailed over the links for these routes. We ended up doing these over the course of the weekend and needless to say we weren’t disappointed!
We were kept informed of when our
Pod was ready before arriving by text message and Ali also messaged to make sure we received the map info from Chris.
As the site currently only has 2 pods it is very quiet with no disturbance nearby whatsoever and fantastic open views!
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would most definitely recommend to friends/family. We will be staying here again in the future.
The fact it’s a short drive away from lots of great villages/places to eat etc. is a bonus. 10/10 for accommodation/service/location 😊

If you want a beautiful relaxing getaway with no stress or hassle, make this place top of your list. With host Ali and Chris who make your stay effortless as they welcome you. This amazingly crafted masterpiece has everything you need for an relaxing stayaway. The pod has everything you need and the fine details are sorted. Loads of little walks to go on and stretch the legs or kick back and enjoy the view in the tub. I would fully recommend checking out Chris and Ali's quiet remarkable getaway!

Spent two nights here recently and the place really could not of been more perfect , all the facilities are excellent and the attention to detail Chris and Ali have put in makes the stay nothing less than perfect. We will certainly be staying again.

Everything was amazing start to finish. From arriving the pod was spotless, the owners left a lovely lemon drizzle cake with a little note, and 2 little jars in the fridge of milk and fresh orange juice, which we thought were a lovely touch. Chris, who runs Whorlton Pods, with his wife (and of course Oscar!), came to see and chat with us a couple of times throughout our stay and he was so friendly and approachable.

Overall, the stay was fantastic, the pod was spotless, bed was very comfy, and hot tub was immaculate. Would 100% recommend to anyone who is thinking of booking. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at Whorlton Pods for 3 nights in the topping pod. The pod was immaculate and had milk, orange juice and a lemon drizzle cake ready for us on arrival. The owners were very welcoming and took time to greet us and show us how to use the hot tub which was very helpful. The area is amazing and so quiet and didn’t hear anything but wildlife all weekend with a small village in walking distance with a pub and cafe. There was fire wood available and the hot tub was amazing, especially at night.
Overall brilliant experience and would recommend to anyone.

Our stay at Whorlton Pods was brilliant! The pod had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The grounds around the pod was beautiful, lots of natural wildlife we saw bunnies hopping around and sheep grazing. The hot tub was fantastic! The owners were lovely and left us a yummy lemon cake on arrival. We even had a welcome pack of wood to have a fire on the first night. There was also the option to buy more wood or charcoal. We booked for a relaxing trip which we definitely had! I would really recommend Whorlton Pods😊

we absolutely loved our stay,really beautiful,clean and welcoming,so peaceful and each pod had private patio and hot tub,loved it,and the owners were so welcoming,definately will be returning.

The topping pod was absolutely immaculate, as was the outdoor area and surrounding land. Everything we could’ve needed for a perfect stay was there, along with some lovely welcoming touches from the owners. From wood for the fire pit, to fresh orange juice and milk, no stone was left unturned. The patio area and hot tub was amazing, perfectly private and relaxing. It is in a lovely area, with Roseberry topping just a 10 minute drive away, and a few nice country pubs within walking distance. We will definitely return in the near future, thank you
