It is no secret I have a complex case of personality disorders and chronic pains/illnesses , so when taking hemp products my goal is to target three areas:

I have noticed calming benefits on my relaxation on day 1, I felt it was easier to settle for bedtime , which is one of my main struggles since cutting out the strong sleep medication I had on prescription for years .

Around one week mark I started to notice significantly better coping with anxiety and stress and better emotional regulation throughout my days ,which is a huge achievement, considering any similar supplement before helped with my sleep but not with my mental health during the days .
