Regarding your last two orders, particularly the one you mentioned in your comment (placed on November 6th), we would like to clarify that it was shipped just 2 working days after the purchase. This is fully in line with the standard processing times outlined in our company policy.
We also considered that your comment might refer to your most recent order, placed on November 19th.
This order was correctly processed according to the timeline provided during the offer stage, which you approved and agreed to—5 to 7 working days from payment.
As previously confirmed by one of our after-sales representatives who was in contact with you in recent days, the shipping times remain as indicated.
At this stage, there is no tracking information available yet, as it will only be generated once the shipment will take place from our main warehouse in Italy.

For this reason, the lead time for preparing orders can vary between 1 and 10 working days and that goods are absolutely not sourced elsewhere as we have a very large stock.
In your case, the order was placed in our system on 04/11 and shipped via DHL on 06/11, the second working day. Delivery was completed on 11/11, as shipments from Italy to your country typically take 2-3 working days.
This timeline aligns with our standard procedure as outlined in our terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions, which act as a contractual agreement, were available to review and accepted by our customers at the time of purchase.

Takes your order then order themselves from China and wait til they get the goods and thereafter send it to you.
