Used about 5 times now from Alicante…
Used about 5 times now from Alicante with no issues. Pick up and drop off shuttle bus from the airport. You have a 2 hour window from the collection of car to upload any damage / scratches not previously noted. Staff are friendly and helpful. I always hoover and wash the car prior to the return of the vehicle. I would not hesitate to recommend Wiber as a good car hire company.
Got a heavily damaged vehicle, finally charged for damage not caused by me
I received a heavily damaged vehicle with over 30 damages, which I had to document on my own. (Unfortunately, self-documentation has become standard practice with most rental companies these days.)
After returning the car, a dent was discovered in the roof, and I had forgotten to take photos of the roof when I picked up the vehicle (after making 30 photos of other damages). Since I didn’t have insurance, I was charged for the damage allegedly caused by me.
However, this constitutes an impermissible reversal of the burden of proof, as despite multiple complaints, I was never informed that the damage was not already present at the time of handover, which is highly likely given the 30 (!) other instances of damage.
The vehicle was driven less than 300 km and was always parked in an underground garage in a gated area in the evenings and at night.
Lack of transparency
I have asked for a car with cordless apple car play to help me with navigation. But the person on the desk asked me to upgrade my reservation to get that option and also beter bigger car but I have to pay more money for!! It’s not my problem to get a car with the same category that I have reserved but with apple car play. So I am obliged to accept the upgrade of my reservation to reach my destination with the navigation. The funny thing is the car was A1 Audi which is not bigger than my reserved car and above that it was with damages to the back wing and bumper! So is was not a good manner from the employee to deal with a loyal customer for the company.

The pickup process was okay and the car itself was perfectly fine, which makes what happened at the end even more unacceptable.
When returning the vehicle, the airport shuttle simply never showed up. Multiple customers were left stranded, many of us booked on the same flight. There was no communication, no explanation, and no assistance from the company.
The rental office is located in an industrial area where taxis are scarce and Uber is practically nonexistent. As time ran out, customers were literally running into the road trying to flag down passing taxis. I eventually managed to get one myself, but it was already too late. I missed my flight, along with several other customers. We were traveling with two babies, making the situation even worse.
Saving a few euros on a rental is not worth ending up with more than €1,000 in replacement flight tickets because a company failed to provide the airport transfer it promised.
A decent car and smooth pickup mean nothing if the company leaves customers stranded and causes them to miss their flights. Completely unacceptable.

We have rented Wiber car with full insurance. The orerall experience was great as we received detailed instructions for everything. The car was upgraded with a brand new Suv Hybrid and we were happy and comfortable during the travels.

4th time with Wiber and first time a…
4th time with Wiber and first time a big drawback with shuttle at arrival. No one said that in order to book a shuttle you should scan QR on some car at parking lot, and even after that, the pick up was a total mayhem. Lots of people waiting to be picked up - effect: 1.5 hours out in wind and rain (May 15th 2026) with all the luggage and 2 little kids. Other than that booking was ok, car good as always, drop off as well.

Everything was good, the only downside is that the full tank was once again not really full (this was also the case last time) and since we often rent a car, it stood out. It is a difference of almost 400 km, so that doesn't feel right.
