Shithouse customer service
Terrible customer service. Happy to take my money but when I have a warranty problem, I sent two emails, 3 weeks ago and haven't had a response.
When I rang, I was rudely told that they had a large volume of emails, as if that is a valid excuse. I have registered my warranty claim with Storz and Bickel, but can't even begin the warranty process unti w&w get around to responding.
Meanwhile I am not able to have my pain medication.
Go somewhere else for your purchases. I certainly will from now.
