I’m really happy with the products and…

I’m really happy with the products and services.
I did have one issue when an order was incorrectly placed by myself as an in store pickup when it should have been a postal delivery. I emailed upon realising my error and received no response and finally phoned. My order was eventually located and redirected. Look, it was resolved but I would have appreciated a response to my initial email.
