Never received my order. They draw the money right away, but have been waiting for the order for two months. Mailed several times but no reply. Only received several mails asking for a review (for products I havent received.)

I spent almost $100 on 2 items on April 27. It is now June 1st. One of the items as of May 20th says “Status: Order Ready, We could not determine the appropriate carrier for your tracking number”. I live in Utah, not the North Pole. The second item has not even shipped yet and was supposed to be a birthday present next weekend. I’ve reached out by email I believe 3-4 times with no response. I noticed that most of their posts on social media (Facebook and Instagram) have barely any comments, and I assume it’s because they are deleting them. On TikTok their comments are turned off. Terrible company. They make a lot of social media posts about karma and higher self but whoever owns this scam of a company is obviously living a big lie. Would love to receive my items as I was pretty excited about them, but if not I doubt I will be able to get a refund. If that’s the case I hope they get all the bad energy and karma they deserve from stealing $100 from me!

Waited 6 weeks for order to arrive. Contacted customer services at 4 weeks asking to cancel my order as it wouldn't arrive before holiday, to be told it had already left so it couldn't be cancelled. 2 weeks later it arrived with an item was missing.
Ordered a hat and a kimono, the kimono wasn't in the package.
Terrible customer service and the quality of the hat that did arrive was terrible.

Poor quality , 2 small , no returns
The item I ordered took 3 weeks to come - they present themselves as a US online boutique and they are not it’s China. I paid $ 50 for a dress that would be 10 on aliexpress or shein , very flimsy cheap material and quality . Ordered size per size chart and it was 2 sizes to small . I emailed and asked to return and get refund and my attempts were unanswered. No way to refund or return . Save your money !!!

This is an AliExpress scam. When I received a package from China, I decided to check further and realized their stuff was drop shipping and that everything was on AliExpress for 1/3 of the price. I did receive the good product, in the right size, but it took weeks. I hate drop shipping companies, fooling people into thinking it’s small company quality products when it’s actually cheap stuff.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. It's taken over a month for part of an order to arrive. No one has been replying to my emails for days when I've repeatedly asked to cancel the order. They've now decided to suddenly ship it.
I've asked about refunding an item that did come and my email is being ignored.
It's a shame because the kimonos I ordered are gorgeous and had the customer service been good I would have ordered from them in the future.
This company is the WORST
This company is the WORST - avoid like the plague! I eventually had to chase to find out the whereabouts of the product - it took ages to arrive. The lamp - which looked so cheap and plasticky - was defective and I had to send a video to prove it. I sent it back promptly and received no refund despite emailing 4 times over an 8-week period. Eventually I had to raise a claim via PayPal and then received a prompt refund from PayPal. I ordered back in March - an awful experience.
Wrong sizes, no return label
I ordered a dress and a Kimono. While the size of the Kimono was fine, the dress was way too small. They did not list the exact measurements on the website, but it says size S equals a EU 38. I usually wear 34 to 36, but the dress did not fit at all. When I unpacked it, it looked like a children’s dress. However, I have to pay for the return myself and send the dress to the UK which would cost me more than half the price of the dress. After I read on this website that people did not get a refund after returning their items, I am very reluctant to that and I am going to let Klarna solve the dispute. What’s more l, they claim to be environmentally friendly, but they are drop shipping from China! I’d rather go shopping at Primark than order there again.
Only received half the items I ordered
Paid in full for 2 items for Order #33518, had a tracking number for one package containing both items and I only received one of the items. No answer on the customer service side. I feel scammed.
She-in, bad materials, bad customer service
I got a she-in product and the other one clearly didn't look like the pictures on the website. Moreover the material wasn't like it was stated on the website. I wrote 5 months with the customer service but they weren't understanding and i needed to pay 30€ for the return which i didn't do because the product had the same price. I didn't even got a refund for the extremly overpriced and cheaply made she-in product. All in all, i had a very bad experience. Would not recomend it!
Smell of urine
I got my order today which looks more or less like the picture (but poorer quality), but has a terrible smell of urine. I don't recommend the company at all!
Still waiting for a refund...
I returned clothing following all their guidelines and registering the package etc. 3 months later I still haven't received a refund. I have emailed countless times and been told my email was forwarded to the management team who would get back to me. They haven't. There is no reason not to issue my refund as the item still had the label and wasn't worn, it was just too big. Spend your money elsewhere, it isn't worth the headache and you can't trust them to hold up to their own terms and conditions stated.
