Paid but never received anything; e-mail do not get answered

Put in an order on the 8th of January 2026. It’s now April and I’m still waiting for something to arrive. I send a couple of e-mails asking about progress but I haven’t received a single reply. It’s starting to look like one big scam to me. The way things stand right now I would never order again.

Firstly I never leave negative reviews

Firstly I never leave negative reviews. I often feel sometimes it's better to say nothing. I simply just never use them again, however I must leave this and echo what everyone has put. DO NOT buy from this company. I placed an order for jaws case on Jan 26th, I've just cancelled it today 2nd April after no show. They did at least reply but but both times they just fobbed me off with goalposts moved further and further. Time in this email excuse was a further 1-3 weeks which would take this to close to 16 weeks. Lol.
Pathetic company. They seem to make out they are crafting diamonds from the earth and it's just a case and printed back. Id swear if I could. Not often you met chancers like this. Ignore the reviews at your peril!!!

I wish I had read the reviews here…

I wish I had read the reviews here before paying; I ordered on the 6th January 2026 with a 6 to 8 week lead time.

I have had 2 updates saying another 2 weeks but still no order almost 3 months later.

I'm also getting daily marketing emails from them.

Don’t order anything from this company

Don’t order anything from this company, the worst customer service that I have ever received, ordered my Death Star case 12 weeks ago and still nothing, has not been made or sent. I have had several emails promising that it will be another week and again nothing, they quote on their website 6-8 weeks and this is an absolute lie, this company simply does not care one tiny bit about its customers and it is very comfortable lying, the internet is just full of terrible reviews about this company and I really wish I had known, will be chasing a refund from PayPal in another couple of weeks if not sent, thankfully I used them for payment and will update this review if anything changes.

I have ordered 4 different display…

I have ordered 4 different display cases (564€) in one order on the 5th of January. So far nothing has been shipped (today is the 26th of March). They advertised 5-6 weeks before shipping, so far it’s been almost 12. I contacted support back in February and they asked me to wait 3 more weeks which I did. I sent an email on Tuesday and support hasn’t replied.
This all feels very unprofessional and I am about to file a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. Stay away and pay extra for a proper company who actually respects their customers. I will update this if anything changes but I am not too confident it will.

Customer Service team is AMAZING and…

Customer Service team is AMAZING and always go ABOVE and BEYOND with any order issues in order to make sure I’m 100% satisfied, not only that I am on the other side of the Atlantic in the US West Coast and they are in the UK.
Plus their display cases for high end LEGO Sets are a piece of high quality beautiful art.

Awful delivery/lead time

Had one bought as a present and decided to buy one myself. Its now been over 3 months since I ordered it and I've had no update except for one email explaining a delay in production and that it should be shipped in two weeks (it hasn't been)

The products are nice, but not amazing, and I've since discovered cheaper resellers of the EXACT same cases who guarantee to deliver within two weeks, here in the UK.

I've tried contacting customer service, but am yet to receive a response. Its annoying as they are the only company to offer official licensed cases for Warhammer which is what I use them for, but I won't be ordering from them again, and wouldn't recommend anyone else to.

They should focus on fulfilling existing orders rather than pumping out as many new products as possible to keep up with the latest trend. I get daily emails and my socials spammed with their new products when they should be prioritising their outstanding orders.

Never buying anything from them ever again.

Absolutely ridiculous excuse of a company. 2 and a half months in and still no substantive update regarding my order. Their response: "Sorry for the delay, we expect to ship in 1-2 weeks." Those 2 weeks have passed and still nothing. NEVER buying anything from them ever again.

Good product, terrible service

The product is good, a tad over priced, but the delivery times and customer service are terrible. There are other companies whose products are just as good and the farcical service of WB can be avoided.

Dishonest

Company says product will take anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks. It’s been over three months whenever I ask for a shipping update. It gives the same automated response of “the product will ship out in the next 4 to 6 days. Please be patient.” Just a very dishonest service.

Absolute rip off

Absolute rip off! I placed my order on December 28th. It came today! Flat pack, no instructions or even parts numbered. £60 for a plastic box. Nothing special. This company is taking advantage of people knowing they will pay to protect their Lego. Seriously need to sort out the company. This shouldn’t take 2 and a half months to cut. Then have the audacity to send emails to purchase more. No thank you I will never use this company again. Very disappointed!

Scam merchants

Scam merchants. Take money, wait months and months, get the odd, 'oh sorry it's taking a bit longer' emails still no product, at this points it's 3 week past their latest date.

Email support and this is the reply: Please be aware that, due to a higher volume of enquiries during this time, responses upon our return may take 1-2 working weeks.

1-2 working weeks for a reply?!!!!!!

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, EVER. Scammers!!!!!!!!

3 months after ordering from Wicked…

3 months after ordering from Wicked Bricks I still had not received my order and they were not able to give me any update on when it would be ready for dispatch.
It would have been a 1 star rating, but I have given them 2 because when you figure out how to contact customer services their response was quick.
The response was not helpful as they could not give any idea on when it would be dispatched, even after waiting for 3 months.
I requested a refund and had confirmation straight away that they had cancelled order.
My advice would be to shop elsewhere, I ended up ordering from Boxxco which had a guaranteed 2 week delivery
Very disappointing service
Avoid, there are other companies which are much better

Finally delivered just better communication please

Received my case and I’m really happy with the product great quality and exactly what I was hoping for.

The only downside was the communication, as I didn’t receive updates while waiting, which was a bit worrying at the time. I just wish that part was better.

Overall though, really pleased with the purchase!
