The reaction on my question is very quick

Communication was the next day, even though I received an email saying it would be 1 to 2 weeks for a response! I was missing Screws from an order that was placed in May that we are just now getting to. In no time Jemma had an order for the screws placed and shipped out. This customer service is over the top and greatly appreciated. Plus the product is outstanding. I can't wait to get more!

Trying to get assembly instructions but made to make a review first. Ridiculous.

I am less than happy with how my issue has been dealt with by customer service. From the response given it is quite clear they have failed to read my email properly. The length of time taken to respond to the initial issue was absolutely shocking and subsequently caused further issues. It was my intention to purchase further items from them but after the service received I intend to look at options.

This display case is bad quality, the plastic is very flimsy. The plastic coverings on each side of the case was very very difficult to get off when put together. This case says in the description that it comes with a plaque but we did not receive one. I wouldn’t buy this product again.

Whereas FedEx f… u.. with shipping Wicked Brick have done a terrific job with packing and wrapping everything for shipping. Everything seems to be fine, in good shape and of high quality (product itself) - now I'll have to assemble the products.

The product itself is as good as described and while the package was good there were some minor damages on the case itself.
But I have to say that the customer service itself was very helpful and send me an replacement without any hassle.

I Ordered a display case limited edition and two pieces arrived damaged. I contacted Wicked brick quickly and the replied within 24hrs. They were very helpful and replaced the broken pieces immediately.

They responded in a timely manner and was very helpful. Will definitely be making a future purchase.

At first i was sceptical due to some negative reviews but I ended up ordering the Rivendell display case. Shipping went faster than expected. The packaging was very good. The diplay case is great quality the prints are amazing.
