It was easy

It was very easy for someone in their Eighties to buy over the phone and not have to figure out how to buy on line and goods were delivered when said.

Website was easy to navigate

Website was easy to navigate. Once I placed the order, the confirmation was explicit. Received communication emails when the first was despatched and was able to follow tracking. Delivered when it was tabled to be delivered. Our family loved the selection. Made Christmas easier for them, thank you
