WIKE Reviews

Very quick and efficient.
Would definitely recommend to new families and friends.

I was looking for a rain cover for an older trailer that Wike no longer produces. They got back to me promptly with a great option for my issue, and my order was shipped extremely promptly. Great customer support!

Great customer service. Madison was super helpful and responsive. Trailer is great and easy to setup.

Item was shipped and received from Canada to USA in record time and, although I haven't used the Smart Stick yet (but summer's coming), the quality of the parts and finish exceeded my expectations. I looked at competing items and I'm confident I made the right selection!
I'll send an updated review if anything from my initial impressions changes.

Excellent service! The consultants answered all questions on the order quickly and clearly. I recommend.

I purchased a Child Trailer from Wike when Wike began in the mid 1990s and then 3 DIY Cargo trailers (one every 9 years). Wike has Always been helpful and reachable.

Madison is the best, very helpful and fast responding to my questions regarding to my orders. My son is able to enjoy outdoor activities with us on his trailer, when we go for a bike ride. My husband says thank you 😂 very much.

The pioneer landscaping trailer arrived quickly. It was exactly what our son needed to start his landscaping business. The trailer fits a mower perfectly. It’s sturdy and well designed. Will purchase from Wike again and already recommended to others!

I had a question before ordering and customer service got back to me right away. Order arrived super quickly.

Got a problem with my order. Got swift response and excellent support from WIKE. Really happy with our new trailer/stroller! 😁

I needed a part for my 13 year old cart. They had the part, shipped it quickly and I am able to pull my pups in their cart again in less than a week.I live in the US and the part shipped from Canada

The email communication and layout of their invoices were easy to understand and their website was simple other than their quantity of products being overwhelming at times.

Good. Only challenge was that instructions were limited.

I had several questions about attaching a Wike trailer to my new Surly Skid Loader. It required a new thru axle that was available from Robert Axle Project. Madison Soegtrop at Wike was quick to respond to my questions and very helpful.

Everything went fine except for a few nuts that "jammed" and had to be replacer and the screw for the reflectors that is too short.

The person I spoke with was very friendly and appreciative of my order.

Faster delivery than expected. Small dent in box from shipping but nothing damaged from it.

The price was right and everything arrived in short time. Everything is as described. It only just arrived a day ago so other than assembling it I haven't quite had a chance to use it.

Great customer experience. Friendly phone service, follow-up, and quick solutions. Thank u!

Madison was great!
She went above and beyond trying to find a solution for our very old trailer (talking with mechanics, etc. to see if different parts would work on our model). Our trailer has served us well so far and I would not hesitate to continue purchasing from Wike, especially with the great customer service we have received.
