Banned from purchasing because of their poor quality
After experiencing inconsistent policies and misleading information from Widdop & Co, we've unfortunately had to reassess our relationship with them as a supplier.
Despite being a valued customer, we were inexplicably banned from purchasing one of their best-selling mug set ranges due to high return rates, brought on by the poor, inconsistent quality of the product supplied.
We were then misled about the discontinuation of the product, only to find it was still being marketed to others. While we're disappointed by the lack of transparency and poor customer service, we at Beacon Support Services reaffirm our commitment to source only high quality products for our customers and uphold the standards of trust and satisfaction.
