Horrible service horrible flooring

We ordered Heart Pine Flooring from this company to install in our new home. We were provided samples by the Chicago showroom which were not knotty. When the flooring was delivered it was out of control knotty - a black knot almost every 2-3 inches on 90% of the planks. We contacted the sales person Allie (Merchandise Mart Chicago). She came to our home to look at the flooring and told us 'well that;s the way it comes'. We were terribly disappointed that a company like Carlisle would blow a customer off like this. Well we proceeded to have it installed and it became even more like a nightmare. I filed a complain with the BBB and was contacted by someone from Carlisles corporate office. They agreed to replace the flooring with a catch. We would have to pay for re-palletizing the flooring for return and also pay someone to tear up what we had already installed (800 SF out of the 2300 SF ordered). Carlisle did not care about the extra expense which should have never happened had their sales person actually did something when we first bought the issue to her attention. I would never recommend purchasing anything from this company. NEVER
