Had a well know Speedo fault on Renault Clio. Was recommend to these lot and it was the right decision. Presented with several options for repair with detailed costs and some good advice to go with it. Service was excellent and the cost felt like value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back
I had an electrical problem with my car & the immobiliser wouldn't disengage. RAC towed it to Widnes Autoelectrical Thurs pm and it was fixed and collected Fri pm. Brilliant service, helpful advice from Dave & Neil and support on what to do if another error message appeared as well as a reasonable price after effectively jumping the queue on a 3-week waiting list. Chuffed!
My car had a weird smell coming from it whenever I had the air con on, obviously I didn’t want to cope with the awful smell or the heat with the air con off, so I had a look online and it looked like I needed to get it repaired. I found Widnes Auto’s phone number when surfing the web for a garage in my area. The price they quoted me was great so I brought in my car and left it with them. I picked it up after work and it was brilliant! I didn’t need the window open when on faster roads, I could just have my air con on instead again! Now I don’t have to cope with the annoying noise of wind getting in and the awful smell coming from the air con itself.
