I have signed up for a month and you…

I have signed up for a month and you asked for a bolt-on, as I was unable to message a 2nd time without it. I OKed for the bolt-on and have been charged for 6 months $199 full membership. I can't get any messages across to you that I can't afford 6 months. Please confirm this as I have not asked for 6 months at any stage!!

Money taken for nothing

As a widow of over two years I decided to try online dating, I looked at a number of sites for older people which all seemed to be the same but I opted for this one. They are advertised as free but it is impossible to use without being a full member so I joined for one month trial for £24.95 knowing that I would not renew.
I did have a lot of offers but I did not see that the service was worth so much and I wanted to cancel when the month was ended. This company Widows Dating on line go under the name VENNTRO MEDGBIA GROUP VENNTRO.NET then took another £24.95 from my account before I could do so and without my agreement.
This site is a money making scam using the loneliness of people to make money for nothing. My bank are unable to help me with this and as an actual widow money is a huge issue to me. It is almost impossible to reach anyone to speak to as the number on line is no longer used.
Please be warned lonely widows and widowers this company is after your money they offer a month trial at the highest monthly amount possible and then they take your money again.
