Fast, detailed response to my query. If I do end up requiring the product it will be theirs I will purchase based on my experience with the company so far.

Scam. Spent £40 and the package didn’t even show up.

Absolute scam. Product did not work or represented the item and box being sold on their website. Wanted to return for a refund but then after trouble shooting and video requests, the item still didn't work. After many emails to return product. (24/7 phone number does not work btw). They went quiet and I realised I had been scammed. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Company is a scam , extender is not as described and does not work and description on the website is not what you receive , they then obstruct you trying to receive a refund and say they will keep 50% of the refund as a restocking fee. Avoid them at all costs

SCAM

Purchased an item - it arrived. Wasn't at all how they described the item.
Incredibly obstructive to try and get a refund - clearly cannot read or understand basic written language.
Clearly AI generated responses!

Never got a refund after returning item &
PayPal just as useless!!!!!

This company is a scam. Do not trust and do not purchase from them. No way of returning goods. Maybe AI driven from China I would think. The address is false. They are not a company to use at all

I SUPECT THIS IS A SCAM
I ordered an outdoor wifi booster from this company. They sent the wrong product - something cheaper and less capable than what I'd ordered. They have no phone number to speak to anyone so I ended up exchanging emails in which they insisted I was at fault. I will have to seek a refund through Paypal unless this is resolved. I will update this review if it is resolved positively, otherwise my advice is tread carefully with this company.

Update: the booster stopped working.
I've raised the issue with Paypal.

The product arrived umpacked and plugged it in to find no power, asked them for solutiin have chased them 4 times, no reply, asked for refund as no reply about the faulty goods, guess what NO REPLY, looks like this is a scam.

I note the reviews and wonder if I have been dealing with a different company! So, I needed to get reliable Wi-Fi into a garden wood cabin and around the garden. I have a fibre hub in the house providing Wi-Fi indoors and 4 Ethernet cables to important work stations. I saw the 300M Wireless Access Point and it seemed to fit the bill. Before purchasing I engaged with Customer Services who responded quickly and in detail to my questions. Having purchased the item, upon delivery and not being a network engineer (and not really that excited about learning their detail) i asked several questions that were not clear to me from the booklet instructions. Emma, who I had dealt with prior to purchase, immediately engaged and provided simple and clear guidance. Result is the 300M WAP is up and running with a seamless connectivity between house and garden. It looks good too! Throughout I could not fault the support given to me by customer services, in this case Emma was the lady who clearly cares about the customer experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Scammy. No responses to request for refund. Was not aware at time of purchase that delivery was 2-5 weeks. Website infers uk stock ‘feee delivery, London contact number’

Paid for a wizone9pro and received a cheap wavlink item. Refused to give an address for refund and avoided mentioning a refund even though they are at fault. Then sent a label for a domestic address in France, the label states its a hairdryer!!. And to top it off they will take off 15% fro restocking fees . Shocking company please do not buy from them. You won't get what you paid fit.

The customer service is appalling. Despite the returns policy on the website they are not providing returns details despite numerous emails and a video (at their request) of the unopened items.

Total scam. Product arrives direct from China, won't even switch on - empty shell. No customer service, this is a complete scam and the company should be investigated. Probably a teenager doing it from their bedroom. I'm now 125 pounds worse off but hope by taking the time to do this, others won't be ripped off. May as well throw your money away - guaranteed 100 percent scam.

I purchased the product online -what is look like good quality and with lots of recommendations from people.I received product not exactly in the same box as was advertised that was first red flag,inside was cheap looking plastic device, socket extension, screw,zipp wire, cable.when trying to connect not even one green light appears, codes didn't work,exchange around 15 email with representative to return my money(did not receive all ). Waist of time and money.

Purchased wifi booster and wasn’t what it says, says refund and 24 hr customer services which are both false. Asked me to send picture of product and then didn’t respond, sent several emails and no reply and cannot get through to anyone on the telephone line.

Waster of time - SCAM

I purchased a wifi booster from this site, after installation the device wasn't doing what it said it would, I'm fairly technical so tried everything to get it working, different rooms of the house and different angles with the router - still got TERRIBLE speeds, less than 1mbs....

It was a £50 product (linked so you can also avoid this)
Our friend purchased something similar for £25 on amazon and worked far better.

On attempt to return, I got short, unhelpful emails replies, firstly asking me to send a video of the item to them via email which is impossible as a video over 2 seconds can't be sent via email? after further questioning they then agreed to let me return the item (even though they told me a video is their returns policy but didnt even need a video in the end ) but back to CHINA at my own expense and within 7 days of them letting me know..

Terrible terrible customer service, the staff replying to the emails did not have a clue.

Terrible experience, dreadful company, do not be taken in by uk website and union flags suggesting they are UK based.Bought product which took 2 1/2 weeks to arrive. I then requested by email to return it as per their policy stated 14 day returns as per distance selling regulations. They replied to say I needed to follow their returns policy, which is to email them! I emailed again and they said I would need to return at my expense to an address in China, this despite the web domain being a UK on and having union flags on their website. I tried calling their ‘24/7 global support’ which simply refers you back to their website or email address. Tried emailing to request UK return address and stated I had to return to them in China within 6 days (not 14) to qualify for any refund. I went to post office just to check how much it would be to return to China and was told by the Royal Mail staff that it is not possible to send Wi-Fi boosters to China due to their customs regulations, hence their whole returns policy is flawed. Royal Mail also said they hear the same problem quite commonly. On emailing Wi-Fibooster pro again, they had no interest in resolving.incident, I also found the same product for half the price and next day delivery on Amazon - should have stuck with them in the first place. I just hope this review stops anyone making the same mistake!
