The internet went down for the whole block, I immediately got on the support line and was happily greeted by Ellie C, she spoke directly to the engineers on site and had them out in less than 24 hours to resolve this issue.
She even went as far as to do a follow up call to inform me she had made this a specific case so that if other were suffering with the same issue (Which the whole block was) to tell them that she had made a case and to use her name and check the technician chat that they share to save others of having to raise this individually.
I’d personally like to thank Ellie, the team and the engineers for all their hard work to get us all back online in less than 24hours.

Awful company.
Ripping people of. Paid £40 for the best WiFi they do and it doesn’t work, spoke to people who have just told me to clear cache on console etc which have done and still no good . Then they created a ticket for it to be investigated and sorted out but not heard anything back since and not answering the phone .

Andrea is just the voice/person that you want when you ring up...really helpful and clear to speak to..
Down side is we pay the money for 20 meg and only ever get 1 meg..so that is useless to us..
But Andrea superb
