I have the grey wiggle worm composter for 7 months. My worms are happy and the compost I have is excellent. I bought an additional container to continue to make more compost for my allotment over the winter.

I ordered a wormery revival kit, which was on special offer, in the evening of 7th September; it was delivered by the courier before 09.00am on the 9th of September. The package was slightly damaged but the contents were intact. The worms were active and looked healthy. They are now settled into the newly cleaned and revived Can-of-Worms. The worm treats, acidity regulator and coir mat will help to keep the wormery productive.

One star for misleading info on the website, not the Bokashi bins themselves. I ordered two Bokashi bins, hoping to try an alternative to composting suitable for a block of flats that doesn’t have council food waste collection. I was hoping for food waste to reduce in volume so that I could easily bury it in the park (digging a hole deep enough for urban foxes not to bother) or use as a home plants fertiliser. 3 weeks and lots of fermented juice later the volume remained the same. Wiggly Wigglers website advertises the bins as a perfect alternative to composting suitable for people who don’t have a garden, which I find misleading. It could work together with composting (for things that can’t go into compost, such as bones) for garden owners. But it can’t solve the problem of getting rid of food waste as such - you still need to bury it somewhere regularly.
Wiggly Wigglers website says they want their customers to be happy so they accept returns (but ask to pay for postage). When I reached out to Wiggly Wigglers customer team, they said they didn’t accept bins that had been in use (maybe that’s only down to the pandemic) and recommended selling the bins on eBay, after which stopped replying my emails.

DPD managed to lose one of the parcels INSIDE the box.. but thanks to (Rachel) they resent the item 1st class the next day for free, though not their fault!!
So they lost out.. thank you so much for your help it means so much.

Bought 5kg of bokashi bran from them. Very quick delivery. Excellent, good quality bran. We've made two batches so far, both turned out great, and have basically broken down into soil in our compost bin. We're definitely coming back when the bran runs out!

I've been using my Urbalive worm composting system for almost a year now, I think it's brilliant. Also regularly ordering accessories and bird feed. A great company who I have grown to really like, particularly love the charity donations for local wildlife that you are co-ordinating during the COVID crisis. Thank you.

Went for the stone-coloured Urbalive worm bin, which is a little on the pricey side, but (in my opinion) looks good enough to justify the expense. It was an extra £11 to have it delivered on a Saturday, which was important for me as worms are obviously alive, and I wouldn't have been able to take a delivery during the week. The whole thing arrived on the specified date and in good condition. The bin itself was easy to assemble, and the worms were healthy. It's been in place just shy of a week now, and they seem to be taking to it well. I'm a first-time vermicomposter, so the 'getting started' leaflet supplied with the bin was very useful for me, although I'd also recommend other first-timers do some extra reading around the subject, as it's fairly light touch. Overall it's been a fairly frictionless experience, and I hope to have some happy, hungry worms for many years to come!
