Excellent Company to deal with, they helped me tremendously when setting everything up, and were most patient with me when I had problems considering that I am 85!!!!!
I would recommend them to anyone.

The weather was awful the day they came to install my Wight fibre, it was torrential rain but they still kept going with the installation, they had a bit of trouble getting the fibre up the road to my property due to the weather being so wet but they came back the next day (Sunday) to finish the job. True to their word, I ordered 300mbps package & have always had over 300mbps broadband download & upload speed. So you actually get a bit more than they promise. Whereas others have been under par. They were all friendly too. No complaints at all.

Nearly two years ago I had my internet cut off because the price was getting too much, three months ago I decided to take up a special offer of £21, now I get a bill for nearly £25 I will be having it cut off again at the earliest opportunity as there is one reason for this increase, it's becoming a rip off, I'm on a very low income less than £8000 per year, that I go to work for yet people on income support can get theirs for £19, this is highly unfair

I always was a WightFibre customer but when I moved, there wasn't a service so I had to go elsewhere. Fortunately, WightFibre has now been able to provide a service where I live plus a great, and very affordable introductory offer, at least for my initial 12-month contract. The engineer was very professional and helpful and my broadband speed is excellent. Absolutely no complaints.

Asbestos in the property, but I didn't know at the time. Guys drilling and piercing walls

A nice clean installation. Cables were routed through from the rear of the property, right through to where the router was to be sited.
The two engineers listened to us, as to where we wanted the cables put through the walls, and they were very quick and efficient with the installation.
Plus side, is Wightfibre does not seem to knock itself off when it pleases. All in all a 100% improvement.

Easy initial sign up, cable connected efficiently by two guys who were courteous and knowledgeable, whilst accommodating my wishes for router placement. Set up in house easy, and continued high quality signal in every room of the house and garden at 10 times my old broadband sped

Disappointed service great but signed in for cheapest rate as I am a pensioner they have increased the price only 3 months in ..two reps called last week doing the rounds for new customers and because of new gov regs was offering package at 14.99..just to add insult to injury

I had a problem today with the internet connection and wifi.....I was on the phone to one of their tec guys for over half an hour with him trying to solve my issue....in the end it was a rare hardware issue with the plume module.
90 minutes later a repairman came to my door, swapped over the module and all was good.....absolutely fantastic service from a truly great local company.
Their prices are reasonable for what you get in terms of speed and customer service. 5 star.
