Ordered a wig from this company early this year many emails later and still no wig never again. Don't purchase from this company. Still waiting to hear from Frank.

DO NOT Order here, afther several e-mails, we resieved the wrong wig, it was the wrong color, model and size. Afther dropping a cleam at the creditcard company we resieved our money back.

I wish I could give them no stars. They take 2 or more months to deliver a unprofessionally package product (wrong size, no product description, no return address). They ask for convoluted things you need to do before getting a refund, in other words there is no return or refund. Do not order from this company. Total Scam.

I newly bought a wigs from wigstylish.com and very satisfied with it. Will buy again and you got a customer, wigstylish.

Terrible company - it took forever for them to send me my two wigs and both of them have many problems. The first one was not the right size and the color was bright red with patinum blonde streaks in it! Totally dried out and not the one I ordered as it was curly and was supposed to be straight - unwearable! The second one took even longer to get and again the wrong wig. It was supposed have a lace front and does not and the hair is super curly with totaly dry frizzy ends. When I go to my account they have put a totally different wig picture into my order as if I ordered the wrong one! Do not order from this company - I lost over $300 and the wigs are unwearable!

I ordered 2 wigs on December 5, 2013 [Order Number 11152] and paid through PayPal December 5, 2013. As of today, February 13, 2014, I have STILL NOT received my product. I have sent them 6 emails and have left them 6 detailed voicemail messages and NO ONE has ever responded. I was hoping to not to have to cancel my order but they have left me with no other alternative.

A very terrible way to run a business. No customer service at all.

This is a shortened version of my experience with this company.
I ordered an ordinary wig from this company on Dec. 4....free standard shipping. A couple of weeks went by with no indication that it had been shipped. When I inquired they said it was taking time because it was tricky to make (huh?). When 6 weeks had passed I claimed non-received with PayPal & requested a refund of my money. Well, lo & behold, within days of PayPal's notifying them of my claim they shipped it by EXPEDITED mail without my knowledge or consent. I never order anything that is shipped expedited because the shipper charges brokerage fees plus taxes on the brokerage fees....which is over & above the normal customs/taxes charges. I have told wigstylish that I will not pay these brokerage fees & I want a full refund as the wig will be returned to them unopened. Stay tuned as to whether I hear from them in response to my email & what it is they intend to do about this situation. Extremely bad experience with this company.
