This was a move out clean.
Valentina and her crew did a brilliant job. The house was spotless, they even managed to get all the stains from the carpets. She had people to do all the windows, garden work etc.
Would highly recommend this professional and charming young woman and her crew.

We had hired WiiClean London after seeing positive reviews. At the beginning we had good communication with them, discussing what we wanted and set a date. But, they never showed up! There was no communication to explain why they had not shown up and when we called it went straight to voicemail. Needles to say we are very disappointed.

I hired WiiClean for a end of tenancy clean for the flat I own, I wish I knew about them earlier. They did an excellent and thorough job at a very competitive price. The managing agent was being extremely difficult with very minor details and I contacted WiiClean to return back to the flat to resolve these small issues - they were extremely professional and helpful despite it being tedious job and returned the next day to complete within the original cost. Communication was super easy and responsive throughout. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a regular clean or end of tenancy clean.

Great experience, really accommodating team! We booked a last minute "End of Tenancy" clean on a Sunday.

They were flexible when looking to add or remove certain cleaning items with limited fuss, fast to respond via instant messenger or email and happy to accommodate your needs.

The onsite team were professional and friendly and kept you updated during and after (I was not home at the time). Would certainly use again!
