Friendly and supportive staff, speedy service and fair price offer

We sold my car via Wijkopenautos.nl with very high price, + 20% compared with normal dealer.
The service is very fast, in 2 days I receive the money in my bank.

I wrote everything about my car, big or small damages and lost key. Uploaded all photos. Within a day I got an offer from wijkopenautos. I could not deliver my car within the validity period of the bid (10 days or so). I made an appointment on the 20th day and my bid was still the same. Went to the delivery center and met a very professional gentleman who asked me to wait for 30 mins or so with a nice cup of coffee. He thoroughly inspected the car (with lots of equipment) and went for a test drive. After 35 minutes he said you will get the same price as promised. We processed the documentation and 3 days later money was in my bank account. I am very satisfied with the services.

The process was quick without a lot of hassles. Would recommend.

AVOID THEM! Very disappointed. The car was handed over as described and in great condition (as confirmed by the engineer) but the 'final guaranteed sales price' was dropped by 20% by some mysterious person in an office because the car had originally been imported from another country 4 owners previously. It had a decent service history, manuals, full APK for a year and had just been serviced and cleaned. I was selling because I am moving country or I would have kept my sweet car. Avoid them - their guaranteed price isn't worth spit! They will exploit your need for a quick sale.

Got 30% more for the car than initially promised on the website. Very honest.

I find this place ridiculous. They offer initially what would be the real price and next email the car is valuated 5 times less. So, I am not going to sell them a car for 280 euro which I could easily sell for 1500 euro. I do not think this is serious business or they do not know anything about cars.

Very comfortable sale , I sold my car in 1 hour including providing details in website . it is simple and convenient. Due to all corona measures it is difficult for any one to sell in garage or in social media . but wijkopenautos provide a acceptable valuation of the car . Professional team completed the examination with in 30 mins and my car is sold. I recommend wijkopenautos .

The whole experience was very smooth and I would have given 5 stars if it was not for the fact that the initial price that the web site showed me was several thousand more than the final offer. The offer was a bit under market price, if I was going to sell it myself on marktplaats, but the quick and easy service made up for that.

Quick, transparant and easy to follow process resulting in a fair price.

They changed the price multiple times - would be better if they just said the price first time accurately and pay money the next day. Even changed price after the sale!

But they do make an offer fast and it is good to have a quick sale.

Very professional team. Easy to contact via phone and making an appointment is super easy. The appointment at the garage went very well and I sold my car in 30 mins. The money were transferred within 24 hrs to my account. It cannot be better.

I have placed a review about my personal experience. In a very difficult period I had to sell my car as I was moving out of Netherlands. It was my first car selling experience. I rated wijkopenautos bad as they offered high price and eventually offered 30%lower without a good reason. I believe this is their way of selling. Instead of focusing on what they can do beter and using this feedback to improve their processes they are pushing hard that I remove my review. I am very surprised to this reaction. I would only say if you want to get beter reviews the way is not one by one blaming reviewers of being fraud. Or forcing them to remove their reviews. Evaluating the sales process based on the received feedback from customers would be a much sensible road to follow. Feedback is a gift for the one who can use it..

Waste of time. On the website the price given is 4439. I went to their inspection point. There was not a single problem with my Mazda brand car. But they said we can offer you 2350 because it is difficult to sell your car later. So why you are making us fool. What is the point of giving price idea at the website. Why you don't have "difficult in selling idea" when you are giving us your " best car price" at the website.
