DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I used someone called John Spenser. This was not his real name. They took over $3000 from me. Kept telling me that they had to wait 6 months for the page to be published. Six months came and went still nothing. The number on their website I cannot contact, the credit card company can not give me a refund because the payment/transaction was more than 6 months ago. SCAMED again I was. Be very careful, this Company is also under investigation by lots of us who have made an official complaint and seeking a collective law suit against them. They do not have any wikipedia professionals working for them and they are also known to wikipedia for there scam service.

Liars and Thieves

Liars, scammers and thieves. They took my $ - almost one year ago - promised me (literally promised me a wikipedia page stating how they all work for wikipedia and it was a guarantee) - I was given several people - and even in February I was told by John Spenser
Hi Patricia,
Hope you're doing good!
I apologise for the delay, I've requested for an update immediately and If I'm unable to have this project completed by the coming week then I'll ask my finance to issue a refund and still work on having this page completed.

Please excuse the hiccup, I'm not sure who dropped the ball here but I'm working on getting this done asap.
Soooooo March came and went - no reply. I have been emailing ever since - not only do the emails from the majority of so-called reps now come back as undeliverable - but the # they all have on their website and on their email signatures is not a working # now. So - in a nutshell - they stole my $ and I got NOTHING in return. Keep away from them - they are liars and thieves

I experience multiple issues

I experience multiple issues
1. I was assigned a project manager - John Spenser. My initial emails were going to his junk box (seem unprofessional)
2. I had to keep following up for invoice (they told me finance sent it to me but they didn't so had to keep asking)
3. I had to keep asking the company for ETA for the product. They never seemed to want to provide this instead they kept telling me to be patient.
Eventually, the PM stopped replying so I sent an email to customer service requesting a new PM and got no reply.

SO we called up and the phone number doesn't work.

Hard to take this business seriously

Scam

Got scammed by them. They take your money and after a couple of e-mails, they disappear and stop responding to you.
