My experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. I paid £600 for a Wikipedia page and £100 for an artist box based on clear promises and examples of what the final result would look like. What was delivered is completely different from what was agreed upon and not the version I approved.

At no stage was I informed that the page would take additional time to “develop” into the promised version. Had this been explained honestly from the beginning, I would never have agreed to proceed. Transparency and clear communication are basic expectations in any professional service, and in my case, that standard was not met.
