The worst online casino in the universe .
Firstly £2.50 for transactions in or out is a complete scam as there is no charges from the banks for this .
Secondly the hoops you have to jump through to actually withdraw is absurd , and infact some of the documents they requested are impossible to acquire . Have you ever tried to screenshot your online banking statement?
I actually managed to somehow reach a point were they paid me out around £80 ( £77.50 after the transaction fee lol ) and the following month found myself back on the casino and in a winning position were after requesting a withdrawal was asked to go through the whole ordeal again .
They use money laundering as an excuse . It's pathetic . Take everyone's advice and avoid like the plague . And also any site that has jumpman in connection with it as you will have exactly the same issue.

And will not accept any legitimate ID in order to withdraw funds.
Ive sent my license, passport, bank statement and utility bill and bank cards and they still won't allow me to withdraw.

DO NOT, I MEAN DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!
I took the bonus and won over £1000, it asked me to wager x65 the stake of which I did. When I eventually competed the wager requirements it took all my money and left me with £12.
They have no intentions of paying and is a scam.

I have send 5 different documents 300 pound has been returned to the account which is frozen noone reply to emails 1 week now I will be taking a solicitor action on this to fuckg shut them down and paying me for the rest of my life

I have had so many issues with this online gaming site it is beyond a joke. They must only have 1 or 2 people manning their email support.
They are quick to let you sign up, even quicker to let you deposit but after depositing 2,200GBP and winning they made it so hard for me to withdraw.
I was "allowed" to withdraw 5000 maximum. I then withdrew another 4000 (both withdrawals accruing charges)
I then withdrew 2200 leaving me a balance of 435 quid.
When i tried to play or withdraw I was informed my account was frozen!
Seriously?? They mentioned on email it was due to checks on money laundering?? What the f%^&
They asked for a telephone number which I gave them but over a week on nobody has tried to call me.
I just dont think they have any staff at all
So quick to take your deposits but the amount of personal information they ask for is crazy.
Are they allowed to ask for bank statements and payslips?? I would be interested to hear the answer.

Over 3 weeks trying to get my money back i have not used at this site,5 peices of id,yet is not good enough for this company,i sent passport,i sent recent pic,i sent bank card, i sent page on paypal of cards,and paypal account,but still wont refund my £50 i put in,on top of that when they eventually give my money back they take £2.50 off for withdrawing,must think their a credit card company,this is one reason why i decided not to play at this site as it looks dodgy before you start,on top of all this my id had the 5 ticks,but they decided to change it,do not play at this site keep away from this dodgy site,its 4 weeks i been trying to take my money back now not 3,also you cannot ring this company,KEEP AWAY,ALSO JUMPMAN SITES,WILD24 comes under them

Awful site quick to take deposit but won’t let you upload your id to get your winnings never wrote a review in my life but this site is disgusting

Absolutely shambolic & stressful trying to retrieve my winnings since Wednesday. The amount of proof you need to submit is ridiculous. Never had to do this for any other gaming site! Photo ID, Proof of address, proof of card and my proof of address has been rejected twice. They won't give me my winnings despite having photo proof that I am who I say I am.
Also a rip off taking £2.50 to withdraw anything each time.
They're quick enough to take your deposit though!

This has to be the worst online casino out there, website does not work properly throwing you out of games constantly and the hoops you have to go through to get your balance back is ridiculous, proof requested: selfie, utility bill, driving licence, bank card!! And they charge a £2.50 fee to withdraw! Hasten to add that no problems depositing money, that part is instant. Steer clear, site is a rip off!!
