Avoid - poorly made items
A lovely website that is designed as a high end London based cat product company which in reality ships cheap items from overseas. Their returns process is long and misleading, requesting customers share photos and provide a reason for a return, when that is not required under UK law if online orders are declined within 14 days of arrival.
The items I ordered were made of cheap plastic, differed from the photos, and were poorly packaged. I would not feel safe to use any of these items for my cat let alone have them in my house - not only are they flimsy but are unsafe (e.g. a cat carrier made of cheap tearable fabric and stitching).
Their returns process is difficult and requires you to email customer service, then complete a google form asking questions about your tracking number, courier, photos of the item, the packaging, and close up shots of the defect, when you are not required to provide any of this information for them to process the refund and issue a return label.
The company that runs this brand is NWND LTD (registration number 17330088), which is run by two French individuals.
