Inxtallation and helpline were excellent. Some self heip was necessary to decide equipment siting considerations but everyone on the team were most helpful. I am awaiting my booster unit to complete my order.

0 stars, please avoid this company if you actually require an internet connection, I wish I had read these reviews before wasting my time. I signed up 3 months ago and still no end in sight for when it might be installed. I raised a formal complaint over a week ago and this hasn't even been acknowledged. I can only presume they are too overwhelmed by other unhappy customers. To add complete insult to injury, a sales rep knocked on my door to try and sell me the services that I have been waiting on since November. As I was not listed as even being a customer, I was promised he would follow this up and call me the next day — this was over two weeks ago. I have written this review in hopes to be acknowledged but I won't hold my breathe given others have waited over 5 months!!!!! Supporting Cornwall means a lot to me but this companys services are not fit for purpose.

EDIT 5TH FEBRUARY 2026. So, after the perfect start, now comes the very less than perfect customer service... The Internet works fine, but as part of our contract we should have an extender, that we are obviously going to be paying for in the contract. It's not turned up, so after 4 emails and now a phone call, " we are looking into it", cmon, if our payment doesn't go thru, are we allowed to use the same excuse, NO. We have a contract, and In that, we have an extender, well except, we don't have one, so isn't that breaking the terms of the contract we signed up for?
Cmon wildanet, sort this out.
Today, 28th of January 2026.
We had Dan and Ben turn up for our installation. I cannot praise them enough. Fantastic work ethic, friendly, polite, and a credit to the company. They worked with great efficiency, ensuring I was made fully aware of what they were doing, how long it would take etc. They were clean, tidying up after themselves at every stage of the installation.
After a couple of hours, shiny new kit everywhere, they turned it on, and incredibly, (we went for the 350mb option) IMMEDIATELY we were getting 350mb. None of this it's gotta settle to get the full speed, this is instant, immediate and very fast.
At the moment, everything is working, the guys left the house beautifully tidy, and they were exceptionally polite. Thank you guys, fantastic job

After several delays over the past six months, Simon from the CEO’s office personally oversaw my case and worked hard to ensure my installation date was finally secured. I genuinely appreciate the time and attention he gave to pushing things forward and keeping everything on track.
On the day of installation, Joel and Ben were excellent. They were professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. The installation itself was carried out to a very high standard, and I was really impressed with how smoothly and efficiently they handled everything.
The only aspect that let the experience down slightly was that my service could not be activated immediately. I was informed this would require a remote activation, and as the installation took place Today on a Saturday, it’s likely this won’t be completed until Monday at the earliest. While I understand this may be due to process limitations, it was a little disappointing not to be fully live on the day.
That said, the quality of the installation team and the involvement from senior management in resolving previous delays has been greatly appreciated. I’m looking forward to getting fully activated and enjoying the service.

We were attracted to Wildanet due to its brilliant offers and have had a great experience with some very helpful engineers, but customer service has been dreadful and after two months of waiting for issues to be resolved so that we can get online, we have had to give up and cancel the plan.
On our initial visit, a very helpful and personable engineer informed us that there was an issue with the ports in the box down our road which would need fixing before they could get us online. He assured us this was usually a quick fix and that we should hear within a few days that all was sorted.
We heard nothing from Wildanet and eventually reached out ourselves. We were repeatedly told by customer service that they had escalated the issue to the complex case team (they never did) and were resolving it (they never did). Assurances that we would hear back in various time frames were repeatedly broken. We chased and chased, with the delay meaning we came out of our previous fixed term contract with another provider and ended up paying an extortionate price (almost double) whilst waiting for Wildanet to come back to us and get us online.
After approximately two months we gave up and asked to cancel. An engineer came out - despite us cancelling the arranged appointment and asking for a different time - to collect the equipment. They phoned the complex case team in front of us who responded that they were unaware of any issues in our area. Within an hour the engineer was able to come back and inform us that the issue with the box would not be a quick fix. They were unsure why no one had been able to tell us this until this point.
We asked customer service for details on how to escalate our complaint several times, a request which has been repeatedly ignored. We were told Wildanet could give us no compensation for the ridiculously high internet charge we ended up paying waiting for Wildanet to tell us what on earth was going on, and then eventually were offered a “lifestyle discount card” which holds no monetary value. It has never arrived anyway.
We are really disappointed with this service and would absolutely not recommend.

I was very pleased with professional team work between Chloe, Derek, and Kai over the 2hrs or so it took to connect and install equipment which appears to be working fine so far. a particular thanks to Chloe for connecting my laptop, phone, tv and my wifes notepad before leaving. I would give Wildanet 5 stars but for 2 personal observations. I had to get directly involved in obtaining access across my neighbours property. Whilst an outside survey was made before installation it occured to me that an indoor survey before installation would mitigate any issues arising around siting ,rooting,or power sources which may arise and delay/ disappoint internal siting/operation. fortunately these issues were , in my case, not an issue. just a thought!!
