By far the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Nearly a month later, nothing has arrived, and no refund. Spent most of the time emailing to see where my order is, with zero response. Managed to get hold on the phone, and they've told us 3 times now they are going to refund the money. Still £615 down.

Bought a short nose 110 rear diff guard, didnt fit, contacted the company, new one sent, must have used the same cnc dimensions because that didn’t fit either, cutting my losses buying a different brand.

Do not waste your money with this company.

Bought some rocksliders off them which were forgotten about apparently and took months to come after ordering. Thought I'd try my luck again recently and ordered a rear bumper. I emailed multiple times to make sure it didn't get forgotten about. No responses back from them. It turned up 1 day unexpectedly but I had already got a bumper from elsewhere so I got them to take it back, I've still had no refund from them so I'm £620 down. I've even contacted there WhatsApp and they've opened my message but not responded.

Ordered a rear Diff Guard for a Defender 110 13>
Went to have it fitted and not even close, wedged tight against propshaft and holes don't line up.
Opened a PayPal case to get my money back but closed it when the replacement item arrived which cannot now be reopened.
Took replacement to be fitted and the new one is exactly the same if not worse.
Now having to request a refund through my bank.
Such a bad experience, both times I've been to have it fitted have had to give the guys a decent drink for wasting their time so am now well out of pocket with all this.

Fantastic customer service. Purchased a number of different products for my Defender and my Discovery 2 and have been satisfied every time, products are great, delivery is speedy, the people are friendly, what more could you ask for?

Purchased a new winch bumper from these guys for a Defender. Paid for it but delivery was delayed but a number of days. Offered me one with front lights in whichI declined. When it arrived late one evening Idulysigned for it. I gave the driver lift out with it only to be informed that the box was open. The flowing morning I took the bumper out to find paint chipped in a couple of places and some parts were missing. Contacted Wildbear and sent photos they offered me £30 off and sent the missing parts out. Not impressed at all.
