The jumpsuit is stunning. But even better is the customer service. Franny was just brilliant, so helpful and persistent in sorting a solution for me, for a replacement item. Had been looking at Wild Clouds for a while and decided to go ahead and place an order which I received the next day, the trousers I order are absolutely gorgeous the fit is perfect (I am a size 18 in trousers) I will definitely be ordering from them again and highly recommend them.

I've ordered from Wild Clouds before and absolutely love their clothing, so when a last minute request came on behalf of a very special person to wear something bright to mark the occasion, this company were the first I thought of.
I ordered my item to arrive by express delivery, but had heard nothing within the timeframe I expected, so after a couple of days I contacted them. The next day I received a reply from Jess, who informed me that the size I ordered was no longer in stock, so offered an alternative. I decided to go with the next size down, and Jess made sure it was sent promptly. The item was received just before I was due to travel, but unfortunately, even though the size was actually perfect, the condition wasn't. It appeared as though a dark coloured dye had rubbed off onto some of the folds in the top, and was unfit for purpose.
I emailed Jess to say, whilst it was disappointing I couldn't wear the top as intended, I was still interested in exchanging it, and the replacement arrived just a couple of days later.
I would give Jess 5 stars for dealing with the issue as quickly as she could, understanding the urgency. In fact, she's been brilliant. It's just a shame that Wild Clouds failed to communicate with me sooner about the size I ordered not being in stock, hence it not being sent out on time.
