Thank you for your review. As we have since discussed, unfortunately on this occasion we were let down by our postal service. At the time you informed us of the missing order we provided a refund for your shipping fees. Following this, we followed our process of claiming compensation for the lost order as per our T&Cs and have now provided you will a full refund for your order.
Our apologies again that your order sadly never made it to you but we hope you feel the situation has now been resolved to an acceptable standard.
